Beware of buying from this brand if you…

Beware of buying from this brand if you are in the UK. Obtaining spare parts for their equipment is very difficult. You cannot buy from them directly, although they do not tell you this and will take payment without shipping what you have ordered. The only way is to go through their UK department who are extremely inept and do not even keep a stock of basic parts and accessories.
Furthermore the customer service is awful, be prepared for you e-mails to be ignored.
