On- line account access
I had a problem accessing my account on-line after changing my password. I contacted the helpdesk by email and received a prompt reply which outlined how to
put right the problem. The reply from Neil Ryder was succinct and I was able to follow the advice given.
I was grateful that the problem was corrected quickly.

Eventually I got a reply from Neil Ryder a Helpdesk Assistant.
He couldn't have been more helpful and replied to my emails promptly.
I have now registered with the online portal and my claim will now be processed.
It's so important to have people understanding their personal situations.

I cannot praise BHSF enough. I have been with them for years. Whenever I make a claim it is usually sorted and payment made within 5 working days, and I do it all online.
