Easy order. Faithful follow up.

Sold me a book they didn’t have in stock. Days later I notice a refund from American Express. Turns out it’s the for the book I purchased. There are no emails from BiggerBooks informing me of any issue. I log on to see they did indeed cancel the order and issued a refund… all silently, with no communication from the seller.

Delivery of my book came later than the expected delivery date but other than that, the book came safe and sound.

Ordering was easy. The price was very reasonable, the delivery was prompt, and the book is in excellent condition.

The book finally arrived today 10/10/2023, after I paid for expedited shipping (1-5 days) on 9/27/2023. I never received any tracking information to know the status. I'm glad it arrived. Just wish it would have within the time frame I paid extra for.

With both titles I purchased they neglected to inform me , until I reached out to them, that my titles were then not available. This after weeks of waiting.

I placed my order more than 2 weeks ago and haven’t received anything. System shows it’s still processing order and somehow no one ever notified me of any delays. I am very disappointed with the quality of service.

I have not received my order placed on September 12th and have not been notified of expected arrival date

They sold me a book they didn't actually have a copy of to sell. I placed the order ($238), and paid for expedited shipping, in order to have the book in time for the beginning of the class. After three days (book should've been DELIVERED by that point) they unceremoniously cancelled the order with an email. They offered an insulting $3 coupon to make up for it. I advise avoiding this company. I will certainly never use their service again.

Took Order/Payment for an unavailable item. I'm still trying to determine whether I will be charged for an expensive book that was never available and whether this was fraud or merely a mistake. Poor communication as well.

I wasn’t informed that the book wasn’t in stock until a week after it was said to have shipped and the night before it was required for class.

Not sure what this company is or how it's run, but I was trying to buy an expensive used book. I went onto their chat to ask about the condition of the book since it had no details whatsoever online. The chat person was very nice, but couldn't tell me anything about the book specifically. They worked for a different book company and when I said, oh, does that company own bigger books they responded, "something like that." I decided to take my chances and buy the book. But the next day I went to my account and saw they had cancelled the order. No email, no explanation. I emailed them to ask if my order was actually cancelled and got no response. Now I keep getting emails asking if I've received the book. Seems shady in my opinion!

I have yet to receive the book I ordered and it’s been a week. When I click on the status, it just says the order is in process.

I need to make sure there is a credit issued to me for the taxes on the order. It was not easy to find the best way to contact you.
