I ordered my book on 1/5/24 and paid for expedited shipping and it didn’t ship until 1/11/24 and then it didn’t arrive until 1/17/24. To me there is nothing expedited about that.

I have received neither my order nor an explanation for its delay. According to my account page at Bigger Books' web page, my credit card has already been processed.

I did not ever receive my book, it says it was delivered but there are no pictures and no evidence it was delivered, and there was no textbook ever received.

I attempted to order a textbook through bigger books as it was the cheapest price. I paid for expedited shipping so I could receive the book in time. However, they decided to cancel the order and not send some sort of email or notice informing me that they canceled the order. No reason was given, just simply a cancellation. I only figured it out after I was wondering where my book was. I received a confirmation email saying they will send an email when it was shipped. I had to thoroughly dig to find out it was cancelled. I would never buy from this site even if their textbook was half the price of the next cheapest one.

Took some time because of the holiday but got the book in time and in great shape! Saved me a lot of money by renting instead of buying.

Did not get book or refund. Really no explanation as well. Very disappointed.

Poor communication with Biggerbooks, AND a lack of transparency about the availability of the book I ordered.

I thought the process was very well handled. I've had a very interesting time getting my books this semester.

The order was canceled, and I did not cancel it. I never received shipping advice. Now I’ve placed it with someone else.

Ordered a book on the 6th for a present and I have not received it and it still has not reached the wearhouse I would like to know when it will be here

ORDER CANCELLED RANDOMLY. They put the blame on me saying I misspelled my address (but ironically because this was my first order from this site, I had screenshots, & literally nothing was misspelled). My money was refunded THE DAY before it was supposed to arrive, on Christmas, wow. Chat service said simply replace the order, and surprise surprise, guess which book is suddenly OUT OF STOCK with no contact from the distributor. After chat services ended, I googled reviews on BiggerBooks.com and found out BiggerBooks had this problem frequently from a handful of other reviewers. Seems like they don’t want to admit their faults of miscounting their stock or simply try to use this tactic to draw in innocent customers, and instead of admitting their fault they’ll throw it back on you and say you were the person at fault. DO NOT SHOP WITH BIGGER BOOKS!

I was skeptical because of other reviews that mentioned the length of time this company takes. I figured 1.5 months would be enough, it's not.
I emailed, no response.
I FINALLY got ahold of a live chat representative who told me I had to wait the maximum length of time before they would consider a refund; all this time, USPS tracking noted that a label was printed for the item, but it has/had yet to be turned over to USPS- WHICH MEANS IT NEVER EVEN SHIPPED!
I waited.
I re-approached the live chat agent for a refund when the max time was up.
It's a mess.
They need approval from their supervisor before they are authorized to release a refund.
My classes started 2 weeks ago, so time is of the essence for me. Now I have to pay the full price of the book plus next day shipping -all because I MIS-placed my faith in this bogus company. Learn from my mistake and DON'T PURCHASE FROM BiggerBooks.com!!!

There was an issue with my orders. I ordered 1 book and received it fine. Then I ordered another 2 and they got canceled. I didn't receive an email stating this. I re ordered the books, paid for expedited shipping, and last I checked it is stuck in processing. I have received nothing.

I haven't received my book yet? I haven't been notified about anything yet? Where is my book?

Books were received within five days of ordering. I ordered 22 copies of the same book (used condition) for a class (I teach). Some copies do have blemishes, but I expected that. I'm very happy with the purchase and will definitely order from this vendor again. I know there have been some negative reviews, but my experience could not have been better. It probably depends on the book(s) being ordered.

I never received the book I ordered several weeks ago and customer service has completely ignored my emails requesting an update. I find this company to be unreliable and possibly fraudulent.
