The item arrive on time, everything was on the package as promise, best price on the net. FREE accesories were include, GREAT customer Service... If you have a concert they respond in a timely matter. No complaints what so ever. They always willing to work with you, always putting the customer first. If i ever need anything as a cellphone, accesories, etc. BIGTIMEWIRELESS its...!!!
