We purchased this ride-on for our daughter’s 6th birthday. We have had all varieties of ride on toys from John Deere Gators to big box ATVs and tractors but she wanted something a little faster and with the rubber tires. We did months of research and finally landed on the pro version of the UTV. Our yard has about a 10% grade and every other ride on toy has driven up the slope without issue. From Day 1 ON HER BIRTHDAY this toy was a bust. Driving on grass with ANY grade causes the car to shut down and roll whichever direction the grade is going. This is a safety issue and after 3 months of attempted troubleshooting, the company finally told us that we should only drive the vehicle on concrete and that the UTV with rubber tires was not made for grass and was definitely not made for grass with ANY grade. They now refuse to answer my requests for a refund and we are left with a $750 paperweight as we live on a busy road with only a yard to use it. They continually refer to the fine print and their policies when I ask for a refund and inquire how they would feel spending their child’s birthday gift budget and they are left with an unusable toy. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. So be aware that this UTV is made for concrete only. DO NOT BUY!

The items they sell are garbage and our $600+ car broke within 2 months. I had an extremely negative experience with big toys direct and wish I never bought from them. We bought this almost $600 car for our son very recently for Christmas and it stopped working after 2-3 uses (he's barely 30 lbs and used it a couple of times). The company is being rude and condescending on the phone and they keep saying they don't accept returns when obviously this is not a return issue it's a defective item problem and not standing behind their product.

They keep saying the car is not defective, the motor is and they swear that means the car is fine even though it doesn't work. Their explanation is that a broken part inside the car, doesn't mean the car is bad. Read that again, I know I needed time to process that stupidity. We essentially paid for a piece of $600 junk that worked for 2 months and barely 2 uses because the third time it stopped running. The car would be out of range from the remote control within a few feet and overall just didn't work. I don't want others to get scammed and be told they don't accept "Returns" when you complain about a defective and extremely low quality item.
