overalli was satisfied with the expediency of the service. The only query i had was i wasnt sure how the voucher worked, ie this is what the shoo needed and then where it was stored.

Quick and easy. Especially like that you can buy online. So no restrictions as to the bike you want really!

Got £3000 voucher took it to the shop where I had chosen the bike. Bike2work added 30% vat so I had to pay £900 to bike 2 work out of my own pocket. Plus the interest they make on the loan. Not worth doing it cost me more than it would if I’d have used a card or a loan.

Excellent website and super simple to navigate

Used this service to get a bike obviously, and worked well, communication was good and delivered in a timely period, but please bear in mind, if your company is slow at processing this, then it takes a while longer, nothing to the scheme. As soon as my company done their bit then, it moved quickly.
The savings are based on the amount of tax you save, not a reduction/reduce in the amount the bike costs ( not so clear)
Slightly misleading, also if the bike is on sale the whole voucher has to be used to the value, not so easy to change the amount.
Also last thing, using a retailer that accepts this voucher as a main would be easier, I went through a recommend retailer ( but using this voucher was not as simple) cycle to work was most preferred but retailers. But the bike I wanted, I got. The price was the price, accepted. Overall took less than a few weeks, would have been quicker if my company moved quicker! 4*

You guys were so unhelpful on the webchat. The scheme is pretty confusing (and I'm quite a bright bloke) so i thought I'd ask a few questions online. Your agent couldn't be bothered, couldn't wait to get me off the chat... in the end i let it go and spoke to the bike supplier who was brilliant. You guys are pretty crap

Instructions are pretty terrible and very lobg winded with not a lot of help or assistance

Great communication, just about a week delay in signing paperwork and voucher being issued .

Bike shop insisted on admin fee due to what you charge them. And fee at end to take ownership

Everything went pretty smoothly! I had my bike within a few days and it's making my commute so much easier!

So easy to apply and then receive the voucher for a new bike. The savings are great too.

Difficult to navigate the online website search function to find shops in my area. Consider including a searchable map function or similar.otherwise once the application process was started everything worked smoothly. Applied for and received voucher within 2-3 weeks

They were so helpful. It was all knew to use as a company and they helped me out with everything including advice.

Process was not very clear. Different people are informed at different points, but the other party does not know if they have heard from you or not.
