Terrible customer service!
Great selection of bike parts at a competitive price… but absolutely shocking customer service! No apology for late despatch although I had paid for next day courier delivery. Had the misfortune of dealing with John who was zero help even getting the courier they use incorrect. Will shop elsewhere in future.

Easy online ordering, quick delivery and response to my email. Items were priced competitively, especially given I couldn’t find them in stock at many other places. This was first time ordering and I’ll certainly do so again in future.
When does In Stock mean in stock?
Ordered two Shimano Brake Rotors.
Website said they had stock. Website said I could have next-day delivery. 4 days later, I had to call them. Never really had the stock. Never could actually do next-day delivery. And no apology. The type of customer service that ends businesses. Avoid.
Fast and professional
I recently purchased a variety of components at tremendously competitive prices from Biketart. The service was brilliant.
The communication was great, the dispatch was fast and the delivery was quick and easy. I was even updated with progress updates through the Shop app.
I have already purchased stuff from them on more than one occasion, and the experience was what I have now come to expect from this brilliant bunch.

Absolute top customer service
Absolute top bike shop ordered some Hope Tech 4 V4 and some floating Rotors on Next day delivery knowing bike tart only had them in stock with their supplier with a 1-2 dispatch wait John from bike tart emailed me almost immediately to confirm the dispatch time and to make sure I was happy to wait. Brilliant customer service. I will be using bike tart again

Having waited 4 days for any shipping confirmation or notification.. I had nothing. Having chased on a number of occasions still no shipping confirmation, only ‘ we aim to send your item’!! . It’s only £40 pedals and not a 4 grand Santa Cruz so they ain’t bothered. So before you part with your hard earned cash and if you’d like to see your item within the same decade you purchased it.. avoid Bikefart !!

It's nice to know good service is still a thing
Recently ordered a brilliant bike, and Biketart was one of the few places I could get this gem. From the start the assistance and information was first rate, buying anything without trying can be fraught, and they couldn't have been more helpful, even swapping out fitted tyres for ones more appropriate for intended use, and then sending those too! Sadly DPD messed up royally, sending the bike back, non delivering, sending multiple status and location messages, and throughout this, Biketart kept tabs on the situation, liaising with their contacts and informing me of the true status. They couldn't have done anything more. If you want an online retailer that goes the extra hilly mile, then trust them with your money. Great team, and nothing appears to shake their focus on the customer

Biketart need to watch the Trade Descriptions Act ...
Ordered some SwissStop brake pads - picture shown was clearly the "RS" model; pads supplied were "E" model. Biketart sent me an apology email saying that I should have selected a different option to get the "RS" pads and unfortunately the picture was 'the one they had to use' .... totally illogical and now I've had to fund the return. First time I've used them, won't make the same mistake twice.

Ordered an helmet on Friday 25th November. I had to email them to get an update on my order as I received no correspondences for almost a week.
Theyy despatched it on Friday 3rd December with Royal Mail Tracked 24. Should've arrived Saturday. It's now Monday 5th & it still hasn't arrived.
Biketart's communication with it's customers is a joke & who the hell despatches with a company that are striking?

Really Poor service. Ordered on the 3rd. Received no update by the 8th so emailed asking what was happening. Shortly after received a refund with no apology or explanation. Have now been contacted by the shop who have resolved the issue. Thanks
