Great service, really fast delivery!

Awesome purchasing experience. I placed my order and they called me to explain that the extension wouldn't fit the cue I ordered. He also provided different options and I decided to cancel my order because I wanted to get both but this will put me over my budget. They were very honest about it and canceled my order without a hassle. Later that day I completed the new order and I am very happy with my purchase because shipping was fast and accurate. Thank you for providing a great service during my purchase.

They were very fast and also called me within 10 minutes of placing an order to let me know the item I ordered was not compatible with the cue I bought from them. Super helpful and will be definitely ordering from them again!

I ordered a Meucci BMC Pro Series 5 Pool Cue Stick. Gorgeous stick. It was packaged great and the little things that came with it was awesome too. It was my husbands Fathers Day gift (I had to give it to him early😔). There was a little issue so I emailed and called the company. Rich called and responded to my email and told me to send the cue back and he would fix it and make it right. Rich has been great through this whole process and has kept me informed with the updates and sent me videos also. I am very pleased with the company and the customer service has been phenomenal. I also can’t forget the shirt❤️.
My husbands old pool cue I will be sending to Billards King to fix, just waiting to find a box that the cue case will fit in.

Bought a new cue case and moosehead bridge online and couldn't be happier! The purchase was easy, the site was simple to navigate, the shipping was fast and I am showing off my new case with pride to everyone at the pool hall. They included a branded fabric patch with my order and I've already sewn it onto my jacket because I'll be doing business here for a LONG time.
