I think they went out of business, but are still taking orders. Their phone number no longer works, emails are not responded to and nothing ships. But, they'll take your money.

We don't offer discounts beyond what is on our site. We also sent you an email a few days ago regarding the missing items. According to our video, the items were packaged. Were you able to check in the other end of the box and unwrap the neck gaiter? The joint protectors would have been in there if not already installed. Reach out if you can't find them.

One of the best shopping experience in my life!

I made my purchase online, but before I did I called direct since I had a few questions. I spoke with Rich the owner and I asked bout some of the freebies that were offered with the Pure X HTX32 cue I was interested in. Well Rich was able to accommodate me with the swap of one of the freebies. To my surprise of receiving my purchase, which was shipped in a timely matter, he threw in a few lil extras! This was one of my all time top best purchase experience in my life. Great guy over the phone to speak with with excellent customer service. Truly a model any company/business owner should follow to be a successful! I highly recommend Billiards King for any of your billiards needs! Thanks Rich I am beyond content with my purchase. You definitely left an everlasting impression!

Love the cue is decent customer service…

Love the cue is decent customer service is awesome the reason why I’m only give four stars is because the shipment was late and I paid for 3 days shipping the other cue I ordered from the other company came the same time I ordered the same day and is free shipping.

I'm sorry your shipment arrived late. As you can see from your tracking number, we shipped it the next business day since your order was placed after close of business.

According to our records, you selected UPS Ground, which may be the reason your order didn't arrive within 3 days. In addition, all carriers have been experiencing shipping delays due to the pandemic. They don't even guarantee their 1 and 2 day services! :(

I’ve bought a couple of Meucci carbon…

I’ve bought a couple of Meucci carbon fiber shafts that
I love playing with..Billiards King gives accurate specs
of the shaft measurements...example: joint diameter
Is critical to fitting shaft properly to your cue butt and
Billiards King provides that information on their website.

Great service

Great service. Friendly, helpful, and prompt. Fast delivery and very well wrapped package ensuring new cue arrived in excellent condition. Would highly recommend them and shop with them again.

Meucci purchased- bad tip

Meucci purchased. To option to upgrade tip and I feel I have defective shaft/tip or maybe even knock off cue. I’ve never known meucci to make anything less than par level.

Emailed management. Hoping for a response and resolution.

I'm sorry you're having issues with your cue. Please contact Meucci for warranty assistance, and to confirm that we are authorized dealers for them. We do not and would never sell counterfeit products. We are authorized dealers for all of the manufacturers we carry, including Meucci.

As mentioned in our response, our repair/pro shop is closed during COVID, so we unable to offer tip upgrades. :(

Great experience. Lowest prices. Fast shipping

I have made a couple purchases in the past few months. Both times I found the best online price at Billiard King and both shipments were very fast. I especially like the clear communication via email detailing when orders are received, processed, shipped, and delivered. I will continue to make Billiard King my last stop whenever am shopping for pool equipment.
