I have no reason to believe Mr Jackson isn't good at his trade, but he is worryingly unreliable. Having called me almost daily to solicit for business now, two months after my cheque for nearly £800 (a 50% deposit) was cleared through my bank, I have heard nothing from him. Phone calls and emails are ignored.

I’m thrilled with the result. Thank you Bill. Excellent communication from start to finish, explained exactly what he would be doing, gave me a price up front, turned up when he said he would, did an amazing job. I really couldn’t be happier with this service.

Bath looks totally pristine and shiny and Billy did the most amazing job on restoring an ancient badly stained and worn enamel bath and he travelled such a long distance at short notice and was so kind friendly and professional. I cannot recommend this gentleman enough as he is a true professional whose guidance and advice was helpful and incredibly good value for the extremely labour intensive work. Before you look anywhere else you need to contact Billy he is honest professional and we now have a bath that is unrecognisable and shiny! Many thanks! *****

KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THIS COWBOY, CAME TO DO OUR CAST BATH WHICH NEEDED BUFFING AND A CHIP REPAIRED. COST WAS OVER £300 for 90mins.
SANDED BATH DOWN TO A MATT FINISH, WAS EXPECTING A BETTER FINISH, FILLED THE CHIP WITH A CREAM FILLER ON A WHITE BATH AND TOLD MY WIFE TO SAND IT DOWN HERSELF WHEN DRY.
AFTER MANY CALLS HE HAS NOT COME BACK OR REPLIED. A VERY POOR JOB FROM THIS GUY.
PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY WHO CAN CARRY OUT A PROPER JOB AND NOT JUST TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN.

Billy was amazing and my old bath has come up really well. He was quick, professional and utterly charming. Highly recommend him. Having a bath has become a pleasure again! Thanks Billy

We had a couple of baths renovated by this company. Billy could not of been more helpful and arrived on time and carried out the work very efficiently and was very friendly. The baths look amazing, literally like new.. so very happy clients!!!

Billy has buffed 2 enamel baths for us. Both were old and very rough with some staining. Billy did a great job, both baths are smooth and shiny - bath time is now the relaxing, enjoyable experience it should be.

Billy was polite, tidy and efficient - easy to have in the house. I would highly recommend him.

Well we made special parts to fit antique bath drains for Bill. Paid for this work but after mods to the parts and some tap repairs we are still owed money for this.

Billy is a very charming man. He came to buff my 6ft cast iron bath on claw feet. Unfortunately the enamel was very thin in places and would not polish. He offered to buy the bath from me, if I decided to sell it.
He came back on 1st June 2020 to buy the bath, corner sink and heated towel rail from me. I do not know what has happened to Billy but he did not transfer the money to me and he has not answered my many calls or e-mails. I do hope he is ok and I would like my money.

My wife booked Billy to sort out our pressed steel bath which had gone grey in places. He was very friendly and sorted the bath out in less than 1 hour as well as filling a crack in the sink. The bath looks very good.

He was with us for longer than an hour and the extra time was spent chatting. He accused London plumbers of charging too much and complained that companies who re-enamel baths charge £400 and only give a 2 year guarantee.

He charged her £260 for an hour's work, no guarantee. The two stars are not about the experience or friction it's just the feeling that we've been ripped off.
