Binson's Hospital Supplies Reviews 3

I wrote for a year print out of what I paid for and that was the beginning of the month and still do not have it. Their billing is confusing and expensive to someone who is on a fixed income. I had to call them as they were starting to text me with late notices though I paid the beginning of the month, but received another bill for double the monthy amount. Then their portable oxygen tank is leaving me horse or no voice at all for three days. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ELSE WHERE. If they cannot get it together with my insurance, and bill me repeatedly in one month then something is amiss and it ain't on my part!!!

Trying to talk to someone at a Binson's location is almost impossible. Has management/owners ever tried calling Binson's customer service at (888) 246-7667? The hold time is unbelievable!!! There is no way to call a location directly to speak with someone that works there. Terrible customer service!!!

They do not even deserve one star. Billing and patient records are inaccurate and insurance records never match the billing. They will not ship unless you guarantee payment. I have been dealing with them for too long with a ton of frustration every month I had to reorder supplies. Not any more.
