I dont have any complaint.Ive used your product before with the 5 5gal pails of some liquid drawn out over weeks of adding it.And at the end THE CHERRY BOMB.Havent had a problem.I just ran out of those enzyme packets.Just dont know the dose.Ive been using 3 packets a month.

I'm not complaining but I do have one suggestion. When I opened my package I found that one of the pouches had a split on one side and the product was all over everything in the box. The peanuts used for packing doesn't do much to keep everything from moving around and we all know how packages get throwed around during shipping. Don't you think it would be a good idea to put all the pouches in a large plastic bag and tied shut, that would keep everything from flopping around in the box, just a suggestion.
