Very prompt delivery of product. I have used for many years and have been completely satisfied.

I have been using this company and their products for 9 years! We have had absolutely no issues with our septic system since using Biosafe BOSS system! We highly recommend this company and their products! The customer service with this company is great to work with as well, and is quick to respond and provide assistance with questions/concerns! I will not trust my septic system with any other company or products!

Good product

When Las Vegas (1988) was a much smaller town, about 150,000 to 200,000 people lived there. We moved into a house in the south part of Las Vegas (1990). There were very few houses in this area. All the houses were on well water and septic tanks. We took it for granted that the septic and leach field just worked without doing much work with it. We put in store-bought septic maintenance, figuring that was all that was needed. After many years, we discovered wet spots in the leach field area, and the septic was not draining (2016 to 2017). We had the septic tank pumped several times but still had the wet spot problems.
We were told the leach field might need to be replaced. I did some research and found Bio-Safe One on the web. With their help, Level 11 Nuclear Shock, we followed their plan to recover the leach field and get the system back into working order. The recovery was not cheap, but it was worth it compared to replacing the leach field. Since that happened, we have used Bio-Safe One to maintain the system. That includes using their BOSS packets and regular use of the pails (Bio 112). The system has been going for 34 years and is doing well. Thank YOU, Bio-Safe One.

I have used this product for the better part of 20 years, we just add 1 packet on the 1st of every month, no issues, we get the tank pumped about every 5 years just to maintain a good bio system.,wish your company would go back to the 42 month deals I have purchase in the past. Over all a 5 star company.

We have been using the Bio112 for years on our grease traps and cast traps. The Bio112 has reduced the solids in our grease traps along with reducing the odor. For our cast traps it has greatly reduced the odors and solids removed from them. I would recommend their products. I will also be purchasing their septic tank treatment for my new home to keep my tank and leach field optimal.

I have used this product for a very old septic system for over 10 years . It definitely helps with the odor and the breakdown shipping was very quick as well thank you.

Just now starting to begin use but per information researched this should work great!

Have been a customer of Biosafeone for over 20 years as it has been a proven product for our septic system when we sold our house and purchased another in a different state. By using the monthy product once a month it keeps the system under control. Also it is great that Biosafeone also has a product for those whose systems might need extra help. I would recommend this product to others to see for themselves, as I have been a long time user of this product. I have just recently recommended this product to our grandaughter and her husband who just recently purchased a home. LJS

fantastic product, seem to be having a problem with the shipping carrier UPS. they are requesting a personal signature. I work unusual hours and have missed their delivery personal three times.hence I have not received your wonderful product as of 5/25/2024.
can I request fed ex delivery service in the future?I've had it with UPS!

We are going in to our 17th year of using Bio Safe One--Our septic tank has not required pumping--We bought our home twenty one years after it was built--When we bought the home we contacted Bio Safe One and asked what we needed to do--They advised us to do a heavy duty shock treatment--We carried out the shock treatment--To be safe, we have shocked our system every five years and have had absolutely no problems!!
