This is my second time using Bird & Co for conveyancing as I was impressed the first time around. Overall the team are very good - they are polite, professional and quick. My only criticism is that they needed to be a bit clearer on fees.

After a few past experiences that left me a bit jaded, I can honestly say this process restored my faith in conveyancing.

From start to finish, the service was professional, responsive, and genuinely reassuring.

Communication was fast, clear, and consistent, and I always felt like I knew what was happening and what the next step was. A huge thank you to the team (and especially Dale) for making what can be a stressful process feel straightforward and well-managed.

If I’m really nit-picking, the only small improvement would be that the very first email had a lot of information and attachments, which felt a bit overwhelming at the time. But that aside, everything was excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The staff which included Rebecca, Lauretta and Serena, were very professional. Always helpful in explaining procedures. Never rushing anything and always available to discuss anything that is concerning you.

I had a good experience with Bird & co. The process was smooth and costs were explained well. With things taking time I would have liked more frequent communication but overall I am very happy with the service and would recommend them.

I was very disappointed in the service I received. I did inform the company that I was due to travel and that I would be away for 3/4 weeks. I then requested a private call to go through all expectations and anything that I would be required to do as time was an issue. After receiving the call I had done everything that was expected. As soon as I was on holiday I then received an email to inform me that I was required to send hard copies of my documents to the company that wasn’t discussed or informed. I was then away and couldn’t do this making the process prolonged and being frustrated.

Her professionalism and knowledge was second to none. She ensured that we were well informed throughout and was readily available when a problem occurred.
