I wouldn’t recommend them at all for buying a property, I always had to chase them for news or updates, when my house sale fell through after 6 months they weren’t apologetic at all and were only interested in getting paid! One of the solicitors that was assigned to my case only worked in the office 1 day out of the week so it was a very slow process, extortionate costs for sub standard work and effort.

Saw Simon at Salisbury for my Will. He was very informative and helpful. Very quick service, even when I made changes, Simon responded to my emails quickly, keeping me informed and offering advise. Very happy and would gladly recommend. Thank you.

After years of being fleeced by our Freeholder and the appointed Managment Company to our building, myself and 4 other leasholders contacted B&B to see if they could help. Jennfer Slater called me the same day and we spent about an hour on the phone together. She really listened and carefully advised me on the options avaiable to us with relation to buying the Freehold (This was before I even appointed them) I felt so assured by this initial conversation that I quickly appointed her to complete the collective enfrachisment agreement. Jennifer more or less guided the whole process for us and now we own our own Freehold. I could'nt be happier with the care and attention that she gave us.

I wouldn't bother; don't waste your time with this firm. A few years ago I was the victim of a road traffic accident, it wasn't my fault, and I reported it to this firm. Anthony Pownall was suppose to be taking up my case. I waited a while then called this him to check the progress of my case, only to be told I'd somehow - yes, somehow - got lost in the system. I was subsequently sent some forms to fill out and return, which I wasted no time in doing. I returned the said forms to their office in person. This was five years ago. If your accident won't generate enough profit for them it'll be swept under the carpet. If I was you I'd try their more competent competitors. So please, don't waste your time with this lot. The above is based on my personal experience.

I called and asked for help because I didn’t know when I bought my house that I didn’t own the land. After ringing numerous solicitors I only ever received a call back from them and William was great at telling me what I need to do. I wouldn’t ever buy leasehold again! But now I know that there is a way out but it will cost me! Thank you for giving me some peace of mind and if you need help please call these guys as they were kind and told me what I needed to do without talking another language!

I worked with Bonallack and Bishop to sell my mothers house after she passed away. Hollie Jarvis, Sandra Veludo and Georgia Porter were all part of a fantastic team that helped me through every step of the way. They were always so professional and polite, and so patient when I asked questions they must hear umpteen times a day. I could not have asked for better service, they are a credit to the company.

I have twice made use of Bonallack & Bishop's services, once for a lease extension on my flat, and then subsequently a property sale and purchase.

In both cases I've received extremely professional and responsive service from them and would highly recommend for both of these purposes.

The process of buying and selling property (especially leasehold) can be a long and stressful one but having a good solicitor who you feel is listening to you, is on your side and is proactive makes all the difference, and that's exactly the level of service I received from this firm.

Useless, ill-mannered & unprofessional.

Bonallack and Bishop assisted me with a very complex maladministration claim against a Local Authority. Their skill, experience and pragmatic approach during the negotiations no doubt played a major part in the outcome, which resulted in a very satisfactory financial award

I was first put in touch with Liam through a friend's work solicitor and from the first correspondence he was extremely helpful and honest. The moment he took over my divorce proceedings I felt at ease and confident that it would be sorted.
Hopefully I won't need to use him again, but wouldn't hesitate to use him or recommend his services.

My experience of Bonallack and Bishop has been a journey of sheer wonder. Selling my late fathers estate was chock full of twists and jaw dropping moments. Caroline Chandler was truly magnificent and navigated us through rocky paths to a calm completion. I was so pleased that I immediately employed their services to purchase my own home. The process was flawless. What was so important was the ability to speak to Caroline, she freely gave up her time and happily discussed issues without clock watching or being impatient. Wonderful service. Considering the huge amount of work they perform, compared with an estate agent who creams off a more than generous commission, they are excellent value and deserving of a good reputation. Awful. Just awful with communication, badly written letters with the grammar of a 10 year old created by their “expert” Dinshaw. They cost me a fortune & my divorce & settlements is still unresolved. Absolutely no advice given just message handlers, very expensive ones too. Avoid, please avoid - their good reviews must be fake. Don’t bother complaining to the ombudsman either - they’re protected.

I have felt so comfortable when dealing with personal issues. Micky Rendell has been so very kind & understanding & has done everything I asked of her. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Micky.

I used the solicitors for a lease extension dealing with the company was very positive experience Dale Bree was excellent and all the staff I spoke to were very professional the cost was very reasonable.
