I first went to Bonallack and Bishop last year, for family law I was put through to Liam Oliver. I was worried at first very panicky but Liam had the time for me when I needed him he made me feel like I was his only client with his speedy response. He made every effort to accommodate my needs and give me advice when needed. I’m pleased to say I got the court order I wanted which was done with out fuss and with out no messing about, my costs were kept to a minimum as a result. Thank you Liam what a credit to the solicitor firm. Thank you Bonallack and Bishop for giving me such a wonderful solicitor.
Awful firm never dealt with such an incompetent bunch in my life. Advice - Go to any other firm ANY
I recently contacted Bonallack & Bishop on how to approach my lease extension. William Parsons got in touch and gave me very detailed information by e-mail, and also on the phone, on all possible avenues and the cost of each option. He undertook an initial lease report and also chased the other party to get in contact with us. So impressed with the service and professionalism of the firm that I have decided to leave my business with them. No doubt I’ll also use them in the future for other unrelated matters. Lola G.
What’s not to like. For many years both my wife and I have called on the professionalism and experience from many different departments within the Bonallack and Bishop practice. This has included numerous successful property transactions, drawing up of our Wills and more recently in concluding the management of LPA documentation which was made easier than envisaged due to the patient and professional approach afforded by Joanna and Kerry-Anne. This professional ‘can do’ approach is evident as soon as you enter the Salisbury Practice. We would highly recommend the Bonallack and Bishop Team and wish to thank them all for their help, not only recently but also over the last 20 years. CMM & AJM
Would encourage any group with a complex leasehold/freehold deal to use this solicitors. Had the boss Jen & her team including Jake look after us & the rates they charged were better than any other quote we had.......well done Bonallack & Bishop.
I have just used Bonallack & Bishop to sell my property. I chose to use this firm again as they had previously help the sale of my Mum's property when she died. I found the staff very efficient professional but friendly and sympathetic. This extends from the lady in reception to Amelia who dealt with all the legal work. They certainly make a difficult time less stressful and are always on hand should you need them. Best of all is their rates are very reasonable. I don't think I will ever use anyone else for any legal matters in the future.
Bonallack & Bishop were very professional and extremely helpful with my property transaction. My solicitor was very knowledgeable and helpful and I would highly recommend using them.
We've used Bonallack & Bishop for a number of property transactions over the years and have found them to be attentive and highly professional. I have already recommended their service to others and have no doubt they will remain our first choice for future matters. Highly recommended. Tim, Louise and the team have catered to all our needs, keep up the great work!
Bonallack and Bishop -Very professional and great people who helped me get on the property ladder. When looking to buy my first home I was very overwhelmed and had no idea where to start. Anita was always there when I had questions to ask and always made sure I was 100% certain and explained everything in detail. The process was easy from the start right through to us moving in. I received a welcome pack to include a step by step guide so I knew exactly what to expect. The help and advice was second to none, I was supported all the way even after completion. I would definitely recommend this company and thank you again for all your help.

Always great advice from the experienced team in the Salisbury office.
Would recommend.

Neil Adams and Elizabeth Stiddard sorted out, very quickly and efficiently, an ongoing problem which had been worrying me for many months. If needed, I will certainly use the Salisbury office of B&B again.
Recently, I needed the help of legal council, concerning a council tax issue which has being going for about 18 months. For the appeal hearing, I needed to prepare the relevant documents and structure of arguments. Neil and Elizabeth were excellent!
Neil provided superior guidance, not sugar coating the situation, from fact finding, evaluating the situation in regards to potential gaps and pitfalls and choosing the best legal approach to support our case.
Elizabeth prepared in writing the chain of reasoning – short, focused, to the point - which we submitted prior to the hearing.
Neil’s and Elizabeth’s due diligence and their legal argumentation was so brilliant, that the opposite party agreed and withdrew all charges prior to the physical hearing. I would highly recommend Neil and Elizabeth. They are highly competent and it was a great pleasure working with them.

Excellent service ! I use this company regularly when purchasing property and have had expetional customer service and they work in a timely manor. I will continue to use them and would defonatley recommend any new customers give them a try !!
Used Andover when purchasing a house. HORRIBLE. Delt with Anita Wilson and she is absolutely rubbish. Not informed at any stage of the purchase of the house, even when the £200k is sent, no confirmation that money is received or anything.
5 months after purchase, emailed asking on an update on Land Registration and receive no response but an official land registration document from the register about 3 weeks later saying it's been completed. Which implies they completely forgot and didn't even have the decency to apologize or let me know it's been done. Date on the register confirms it was done a few days after my email.
Completion letter was also provided with the date off by 2 months. For someone whose job relies on attention to detail, there was no attention given to anything here.
Highly recommend you stay away and find someone else.
Having met Tim Bishop recently at an event I used Bonallack & Bishop to help with some property/conveyancing work as part of a fund raising exercise.
The team were very efficient and the communications were regular and clear, despite dealing with a difficult bank. The charges we also very competitive.
i am happy to recommend Tim and his team and look forward to working with them in the future.
I instructed Bonallack and Bishop on a sale and purchase after a recommendation from family. I had been pushed to use the estate agents conveyancing, but after having issues with that service before I was determined to have an excellent independent solicitor on my side. My solicitor Louise and her assistants were very approachable and answered all of my questions. Her team were able to chase up any obscure item of paperwork, deal with the other solicitors and any issues we had with them and pretty much every email was responded to within 2 hours or less. They are on most lenders panels and worth every penny, if I come to sell I shall be using your services again.
