Excellent software excellent customer service and representatives .

I have had Bitdefender for years. It is the first virus protection I have ever had that has NOT let a virus through to corrupt my computer. It is so easy to install, and I barely know it's there, except for the absolute sense of security I feel.

IT ACTUALLY HAS A FREE TIER AND NO GIMMICKS TO PAY FOR IT!!! AMAZING!

Very satisfied with my Bitdefender protection package. Also,great support team. Fast responses and quick solutions. Overall an excellent package.

A fair built antivirus.
I will write the AV review here. Overall seems fairly light and easy to navigate. But here are the cons:

- Annoying popups, a little too often. "Is your network home?" "Is your network office?" "Next time use shredder to delete!" "Wanna use Paysafe next time for more" Please shut it, stop spamming the screen with nonsense I already dismissed. Same goes with the home page the "Autopilot Recommendations" constantly recommends you the same stuff over and over and over again. Take the users confirmation as final. If you are so worried about us, AT LEAST give as the option to turn off these annoying reminders.

-Homepage is not editable. It pretends to be. VPN dont need it, buuuut I cant remove it. Safepay its nice but i dont care for it buuut I cant remove it, etc etc. You know what it would actually be useful to have there? Anti-theft management, Profile management shortcut etc.

-Lastly (and I dont know why I have to say this). Why I have 9 days of free trial left and the activation code will start immediate and not right after the expiration. Other AV and VPN services will do this automatically, they want to be genuine and save you money. Bitdefender, be decent and do the same.

Popped up while insane run on allegiance. made me window out of the game and made me die because bitdenfender wanted to update. taunting me after with a restart pop up. 0/10 bad

Has continued to keep my experience Safe and Secure, cant complain about Bitdefender. There services are Top Notch, and have always give me the very Reason`s I run them now. I've run there Security for years and years and will continue to do so.

There products are great at keeping you safe online - I use it on my iPhone and my laptop.

Can't make head nor tail of the free upgrade from Password Manager to Securepass. I got as far as 'Install' for the app but it only listed all my Samsung devices, not my PC. I give up. Will be looking for a suitable alternative to Bitdefender.

Bitdefender Password Manager tied itself in knots so badly it was unusable. I reinstalled Bitdefender. Now all is well. I just have to re-enter all my passwords. Apparently the upgrade process is a known problem and will be fixed in a future update?

Have had Bitdefender installed on Mac computer for many years now. Never had a problem, and am kept informed daily.
Had a query today and managed to contact by telephone very quickly and the Customer Care Agent took time to explain everything necessary to my query.
