Have had Bitdefender installed on Mac computer for many years now. Never had a problem, and am kept informed daily.
Had a query today and managed to contact by telephone very quickly and the Customer Care Agent took time to explain everything necessary to my query.

I'm 100 percent secure with Bitdefender. I haven't had a single breach. If you want "iron- clad" around-the-clock protection, do not hesitate to go with Bitdefender.

Great and easy to use. Just works away in the background protecting my pc with out slowing it down. VPN is great and so easy to use. Good value.

I contacted Bitdefender via their Chat. Before I could completely fill out my inquiry I accidentally closed it out. I thought darn it but did not follow up because I thought, what is the use. My experience with other such chats has never been that great and I though why bother, I would just try and figure it out on my own. To my surprise I received any acknowledgement of my inquiry and the next day I received a response from any actual human. I was able to contact the person for a short follow up question and had my inquiry resolved. Great customer service!

I run a small computer company and often recommend the anti malware bitdefender to my customers. I have never had to return to an infected machine afterwards. It's very cost effective for multiple devices.

Very satisfied, very user friendly and utmost virus protection

I was in a 30-day trial for BitDefender after having a bad experience with another anti-virus program. Then BitDefender locked up and I couldn't uninstall or use it. I contacted Customer Service and they needed to remotely access my computer to resolve the problem. I was scheduled for an hour session, which ended up taking two hours. The technician, Gabriel, was very thorough and eventually discovered the cause and fixed it. Everything is working fine and I am very satisfied with how it was handled.

I like the product a lot, makes me feel safe and secure in wild times. In case you need support, it’s just around the corner.

There appears to be little to no effort to properly verify businesses before assigning these kinds of serious classifications. This kind of careless labeling can harm real companies and mislead customers.

We have made efforts to resolve the issue, but the lack of responsiveness and accountability is concerning. I would strongly caution others about relying on their assessments without doing independent verification.

BitDefender has falsely classified our website as phishing, but it is a legitimate website selling Apple Gift Cards.
