Bitex UAE is a scam

Bitex UAE is a scam. I have transactions pending over a month and when I kept contacting the customer support, they have suspended my account. I have approached them several times but no response yet. I have transactions over 1 BTC pending as on date. I am approaching Dubai Police to lodge an official complaint since there has been no response from Bitex UAE, which clearly confirms their intentions.

Please stay away from this company and withdraw your digital assets before they vanish.

I wait more then 7 days my withdrawal still pending ,when you will send money , and i send mail many time no one responded

Bitex is truly a scam it seems. When I gave them my bank account they came back saying that the account number was wrong even though it was absolutely correct! Please avoid dealing with them.

My money and cryptocurrency stuck with them, I sent 100 ticket no response and almost 3 month never process my withdraw either cryptocurrency to my wallet or fiat currency to my bank account... I don't know what to do. I hope they take serious action accordingly..

Just an update for the trust pilot community. Over a month after my original review. I am yet to receive my 3.1286 BTC from this scam exchange. AVOID THIS BROKER AT ALL COSTS!

So many victims we are, we should take action. There's no way to let a 24 kid gently rape us that way.
I just create a Facebook group called bitex UAE - SCAM. Just join and we'll gather all our issues and evidence and try making an official claim against those scammers and try to let the media know about this.

It's a scam!! They play with our investments. 9 out of 10 withdrawals of assets will stay pending for ages with no support from their side what so ever. I recently about a month ago bought 18 LTC and as usual there was an issue which is still pending and now their site is offline. I lost almost 10k to them!

Confirmed that BITEXUAE is a scam. Deposited AED1000, which never got deposited into my account. When contacted these guys, they said, deposit another 0.03BTC (appx AED1200+) and then they will return everything. How convenient. Just filled a case of fraudulent services against this company, TRADE BIT COMMERCIAL BROKERS LLC. They will get to hear from someone soon. Will try and figure out how many other people they have scammed. Most likely run outside of UAE, but have an account in Emirates NBD so should be straight forward to get hold of the scammers.

I lost my BTC in a transfer transaction. it is never completed. Bitex is a Fraud

The concept of customer service does not exist. Absolutely useless website and I think its money lost if you buy any crypto through them. Do not use this website at any cost. Most likely a fraudulent website and they have disappeared with people's money.

Its been more than two month and I did not receive my money back to my bank account and my bitcoin to BTC wallet.No one reying to emails.

Dont ever do any transcation in Bitex UAE, they are part of fraudsters, Its been 5 months and I still didnt receive my money to bank account. No one responds to emails.

THINK TWICE ... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
When I deposited funds, Bitex accepted it within hours.
When I went to buy Crypto, I had to cancel purchase as after 3 days the purchase still did not take place.
I have requested several times to have ALL my funds returned to my bank, after over 1 week, BITEX still has the funds with them and refuse to return it.

I thought I can no longer get my btc when i bought it from the site since it was showing me an error message every transfer. But after 24 hours, i tried it again and the BTC was transferred out into my wallet.

Maybe they just had a glitch and is now fixed.

I'll definitely buy again from this site compared to high rates on competing digital exchange.

Be careful company is close u cannot find any office and they r just stealing money. My friend lost his money and register police case against the company.

Scammers! All the comments below are true! keep on emailing the support on daily basis but no one care to respond! Good thing I only try to deposit 100 dhs for testing, otherwise I have lost a fortune. Don't put your money on this thieves!

placed a withdrawal from 27th of May 2020 but till today no response it seems no one is even interested to reply on email .with the reviews it seems it is a scam . Don't deal with them

Scammers Alert!!! Scammers Alert!!! This is a scam website. My withdrawal didnt get processed since may14. And they are not responding at all.
Update: These guys are bunch of useless morons. Theives who stole my money and give lame reasons. If they cannot manage the operations then you should better close it instead of living this useless life by scamming people.
