My Fiat and crypto money has been stolen. No body cares to respond. Stay away completely. Extremely disgusting!!

Fraud! Please be careful i did a withdrawal almost two months ago still didn’t receive it. And no-one is replying to my emails even tho before i did the withdrawal i would get a reply within few hours.

I have been using Bitex since a while now and the performance is good. Sometimes withdrawals are slow but overall experience is good. Mobile apps made it helpful to trade and only request them to work on telephonic/chat support service.

Low prices and supports Mashreq bank transfers fortunately. they are the only exchange in dubai to provide proper bank transfer.

First, I thought it was a scam because I transfered money to the online account which didn't arrived, the support didn't answer and then I have read all these reviews on trustpilot.
It took the support about a week to answer and the money to arrive. Finally, I could do my transaction and buy bitcoin. The sending towards my BitMEX account took another 2-3 days.
Thus, the platform is working with huge delay and unprofessional speed of the support. No recommendation from my side.

They do not respond to emails or support tickets. I send them AED 1000 they did not credit it is my account or respond to my emails or support tickets.

Ridiculous lack of service in today's day and age.

I think maybe they are scammers I will report them to the police.

UPDATE: So they still send to no response to my emails or support requests - just this lame response here.

Eventually, they did credit my account, but now, in order to withdraw funds, they need to verify my account. I provided them with all the necessary documents, and according to them, it should take 1 to 2 days - it is more than a week now. Of course, still no responses.

Obviously, I am not going to put my email address on a public forum, so their 'response' is just BS.

This is a terrible company - stay away!

It is a fraud, the guy is fraud and company is fraud. They had stolen my fiat money worth 100$. Donot Donot deal with this exchange at all, otherwise you loose are your crypto as well as fiat currency. Initally they transfer a small amount to your bank against your crypto currency exchange but when try to make transfer of larger amount they never do it.
All Fraud, and Fake in totallity

when I was about sign up, I felt it in my guts that this will be some fraudulent Arabs plot, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and turns out I was right! how could it not be a scam in the city of scammers Dubai, I bet even government agents be getting a cut of your hustled money.

Hi People could somebody tell me how long does it take for Fiat withdrawal. So far it has been 10 days i havent got my money yet. Is the exchange functional ? Do they have a contact number that we can contact ?

Be ready to loose your money here.. Bad support and sometimes they will suspend your account by saying unusual activity. Bad software will not work properly...

It is very very bad exchange- no support and always delay either for fiat withdrawals or con withdrawal. Not recommended at all . Please avoid to avoid scamming your money .

Sometimes slow support service but helpful staff and good promo offers. Nice ui also. Better if they had cash service in Abu dhabi as well. Hoping to get this featur with us too.

It’s difficult to find a reliable and trustworthy exchange in Dubai due to lack of services. I have been using Bitex and have felt comfortable making bigger deposits. I like the exchange due to the ease and faster services. Keep up the work fellas!
