According to all the reviews I read on websites as to reliable and efficient crypto exchanges, I tried my luck with Bitmart... mistake! Took me a while and not sure why I didn't come here earlier for reviews
I created an account and made a deposit, updating my profile with level 2 verification. However, my funds were frozen, with no way to access any trade. I cannot exchange my token, sell my token, nor buy any other token as all transactions gets cancelled
Reaching out to support, they responded with there is low volatility and that is why my trades and sells gets cancelled. Also, if I were to proceed with a withdrawal (Please note, that this is not possible if my trades are frozen), I will need to make further deposits to them in order to be able to withdraw my funds
In essence:
-Bitmart freezes funds after deposit
-States that you need to deposit more funds to withdraw
-Sells/Buys cannot take place due to low liquidity (Reason they provide)

Logging in with 2FA in combination of text message or email verification doesn't work. The 2FA code ALWAYS expires. I use 2FA for almost all exchanges & wallets without problems.

Navigating site support, ridiculous
Navigating site to get your account history is ridiculous waste of time & support doesn't seem to know either.
Glad I didn't put a lot of funds on this exchange and look forward to closing my account.
In addition, fees are astronomical, compared to other exchanges with knowledgeable support.
Would not recommend to anyone.

Scam exchange. They are running out of funds and freezing accounts. They literally wait the second you transfer money in than they freeze it accusing you of suspicious transaction.
Im filing a lawsuit against them, stay away from this scam
