Against the agreement with Flare, Bittrue opened up FLR IOU trading early.

I wouldnt trust these reviews, they are all similar and bunch of them literally say it was my error! Wt f?! I use Bitrue from the start! At one point i had 300k on spot account, never had issues with withdrawals i regulary use it today! They maybe have some high fees but that is it!
Crypto space only and no FIAT majes Bitrue very secure!!! I heard there is big change coming to Bitrue in positive way!My biggest issue is BMAX token! I hope Bitrue trashes it

I have been sending XLM to Bitrue from Crypto.com for over a year. I have never had any issues. If there are high transfer costs it is probably an ERC20 coin. XDC on the other hand is always under .01 I put money in trade it up and move it out to my D'cent Wallet

After verification process i had $100 that isn't available for trading , thief stuff.

Fraudulent bunch, if i didn't set up my appointment with above company on head line for a refund, they wouldve lost all my money

Bitrue has stole my funds after freezing my account about 2 years ago with funds worth over 10,000$ (now around 3,000$)
I couldn’t withdraw, trade or do anything.
Finally they unfroze my account but to my surprise all my funds are gone!!!!!

That was due to me trading n-degree arbitrage which is against their terms of service.

I specifically asked many times what exactly i could not do because there is arbitrage and also n-degree arbitrage. After not getting any replies unfortunately I continued violating their terms of service and got my account frozen.

Yesterday they unfroze my account and said they took the amount of funds which I profited while taking advantage of their system.
It should have been around 150-200$
But they took 3000$ away from my account!!!!

I was a bit concerned with all the negative comments on here. But decided to try out Bitrue anyway because of its high withdrawal limits with no kyc. Overall experience was pretty flawless. Only thing that hurt was the withdrawal fee for the particular crypto I was trying to buy and withdraw.

They are scammers there price are not increasing according to the market, don't buy any coin on this platform, they are totally fraud

Now you know these people scam every so often because to many people are saying the same thing. Then they have the nerve to steal your money bad look for exchanges can’t wait to SEC get ahold of Bitrue. If a person deposits and show you the deposit address From your site then it should not be a question

They are charging a hidden fee in a very strange way. For tokens that have high circulating supply they will remove a hefty amount when you move tokens to the exchange!
Worst experience every - I deposited Doge and with each deposit, they're charging/looting as much as they can!
In my calculation they take 10% per deposit whenever they can get away with it!

Unfortunately like everyone else I transferred my token $apt to the depositing address that they provided are they copy and pasted the address send the font and the fun never showed in my account I'll reach out to them multiple times for a couple days and they told me that I sent it to the wrong address even though I double checked and I made three other transaction to the same address and they were all getting lost they are scammers I'm right now working until reporting them to the security and commission exchange and the FBI as well

Do not deposit on bitrue. Scam exchange. I deposited token on bitrue with correct address but did not received on bitrue wallet. Try to located missing deposit but they want charge me 1000usdt for refunded my token that worth only 10++ usdt. Worst ever exchanger

About two days ago i deposited eth in bitrue. bitrue gave an address where to deposit my eth and i deposited mind you i been using bitrue for at least a year and i did not have a problem but one of my friends told me that bitrue took his deposit and said something about it was lost and i didn't understand but now that it happened to me i am like how do you lose a deposit. that's not the kicker i reached out to bitrue and the said it takes 22 working days to locate your deposit all i could say is i don't understand i gave them the transation number and screen shots showing that it went to the right place. i truly think they are keeping people deposits i hope they are not about to shut down there operations

It is hard to imagine, what is required to verify that you are not connected to a specific country.

- Change your number

but to Change your number, you need to submit over 15 things including a selfie that has a piece of paper that writes BITRUE, date like how you are received in a prison lol!
and then videos, that shows incoming deposit from another account!
omg LOL if you are getting that from another person who you are no longer in touch with, WHERE DO YOU GET IT FROM?

And to transfer asset out, if you want to reset your 2fa, another prison story.. selfie with bitrue and date, and another 10 things including your passport etc and UP TO 15 DAYS of validation. LOL!

WARNING! Please don't make the following mistake:-
I recently sent some USDT to what I thought was my Bitrue deposit address but it had become unassigned from my account since I last used it (some time back in 2021).
Stupidly, I did not check it's validity before I sent the funds over, resulting in a successful deposit to someone else but not me.
I should have generated a fresh deposit address first!!
However... All was not lost.
I emailed Bitrue's support and after a few requisite answers and sent/received account image captures, I was able to initiate fund recovery procedure, that proved successful.
Hats off to Bitrue support for the USDT recovery! ;-)

Please note, this is quite an intensive process for them to conduct, results may vary.
Requisites:-
Your mobile phone will need to be authenticated to your account.
You will need to generate and provide the new deposit address (that you should have used..) for your asset.
You will be asked to provide blockchain related details regarding your transaction.
Lastly, it will take some time (few weeks maybe) to conclude.

Sent coins in . Shared the deposit transaction doesnt show up in account . over 250 confirmations .

Bitrue is scam. There prices are not reflecting market price. Theire prices depend from their user that what they told me. So they manipulate the price against the user because you can not know or check the correct price. Your wallet is going only down although the price of the coins are going up. I sent them an email with screenshots and everything and i never got a reply. Be careful do not use Bitrue, they will steal your money
