Bitrue is a scam exchange. Don’t use them anymore. I mistakenly send funds using the wrong tag. They see the funds there but refuse to send my money. I show them a video of all the requirement they needed. Lot of different excuse. If your need to buy crypto avoid there exchange at all cost. If there was a star less than zero I will give them a negative. I gave them all the video requirement. Funds are clearly mines.

Bitrue has locked my coins busd from a transfere. So basically stole my money I would never use this platform again there is plenty of better exchanges out there please avoid for disappointment in being stole from. Avoid!! Avoid!!! Avoid!!!

BE AWARE Bitrue Locks-Up your coins

Bitrue Have Locked My Injective Tokens Saying System Maintenance. this has been going on for two weeks now.

Trying to transfer (INJ) Injective Tokens to another exchange and Bitrue rejected my withdrawal after 24 hours saying the (INJ) wallet is under maintenance.

It has been 14 days (2 Weeks) now and this is still not resolved.
All they keep saying is that the wallet is still under maintenance and cant give me any ETA as to when this will be completed.

This Exchange cannot be trusted.

Having just joined Bitrue I cannot attest to their services, however their security on Accounts appears very good as I have setup 2FA using BOTH SMS and Google Authenticator and added Withdrawal whitelisted Wallet addresses along with a Withdrawal PIN Code.
For All those whose accounts have been "hacked" I ask did you setup the security within you're account? and if so have you scanned you're Desktop/Laptop/Mobile recently for Malware????. The only way this sites security could be breached if account security was setup correctly.

Having had My eMail breached via a Website whose database was hacked, I have experienced attempted Account takeovers before due to My own negligence by utilising the same eMail and Password on multiple accounts and not utilising 2FA.

Today, I went on to my account after months of inactivity. I just wanted to make sure that everything was still intact due to the climate of finances worldwide. I had difficulty gaining entry into my account. Once I gained access, I notice a significant loss in my gain/loss overall. I looked at some of my currency assets and noticed that I was missing ALL of my SHIB INU, VET, and some other currencies. I immediately contacted the customer service. They informed me that they can ONLY help with gaining access. I showed them ALL of my transactions from the past 3 months and NOTHING was showing on my end. Customer service said that there was a trade made (TODAY...the day of contacting them) but couldn't/wouldn't send me the image to show the transaction history. NOW they are sending me the SAME message stating this:

Another scam exchange that steals your Crypto!

I deposited 'Galaxy Hero's Coin (Old)' and the deposit never turned up!

I contacted customer service and forwarded the transaction hash, blockchain link, and various screenshots. They even have a dedicated link for 'lost deposits' (such is the frequency that this kind of thing must occur on their awful exchange), so I also filled that form in too.

Its been days and I have heard NOTHING!

I emailed them back, yet they are not helpful at all, and if you don't push them they ignore you.

They then said that I deposited the Old Galaxy Hero's Coin (instead of the new one).

However, they are listed as an active exchange for this coin on Coingecko!!!

I clicked on the Bitrue GHC/USDT link on Coingecko and it took me straight to an active trading page where I confirmed myself that it was still being actively traded by them.

However, this link has since gone dead -

Please note that this link WAS NOT DEAD when I sent the GHC so they must have deactivated it SINCE I MADE MY COMPLAINT!

Also, their current GHC trading page...

...does not indicate that it was the new coin being traded, and indeed is the same price as the old coin!

Since they are listed as being an active exchange for the old Galaxy Hero's Coin but are NOT listed as an exchange for the new Galaxy Hero's Coin -

They are therefore guilty of being misleading regarding the fact that they claimed to accept the Galaxy Hero's Coin (Old) but actually don't; and also the very fact that they are even aware that I had indeed sent in the old coin indicates to me that they have already found my deposit but are refusing to return it, or refund me for it.

I only put in £5 as a test, hardly anything at all but this will be the last time I put anything in! I was going to fund my account with over $100 - $500 worth of USDT's but now I am so glad that I didn't!

I have learned that these small exchanges are not to be trusted, they lie to you frequently, ignore you, stop withdrawals and you end up with Crypto deposits going missing!

All the other reviews on here that are 1 star are clearly faked.

Do yourself a favour and stay away from the small Crypto exchanges, especially Bitrue!

Most of them are quietly insolvent anyway and that's why these types of things are going wrong with ever increasing levels of frequency as they have been lending out peoples assets and now don't have enough in the bank to cover their deposits. They are stealing as much as they can now before declaring bankruptcy later, so stay away!

Logged in one day to find my alt coins had all been traded into BTC. Also they had started to withdraw to an address somewhere else. I emailed them 3 times explaining that my account had been hacked. Had no advice or help whatsoever. We made all the necessary security updates and changes ourselves. What we didn't understand is that usually we have to use Google authenticator to trade and make withdrawals so how did they mange to do all those transactions. Maybe an inside job? A shocking service. No help at all. The worst exchange we've ever dealt with.

Warning to all !!! 4 months ago i sent $600 of USDT from @bitvavocom to @BitrueOfficial.
It was a simple error on my part as i sent it via BEP20 and not ERC20.
I contacted @BitrueOfficial immediately to start a retrieval process… However 4 months later and after chasing them almost on a daily basis i am still waiting for the return of my coins.
@BitrueOfficial confirmed that they found my transition and required $100 USDT to process the refund but they keep hesitating and finding excuses on the refund or my coins !
@BitrueOfficial my patience has arrived to a limit !

One of the best exchanges that I have ever used, simple to use and also the customer service is the best I've experienced! They even covered a loss worth 4 digits, which just shows they care about their customers.

Warning to all!! 3 months ago I sent $3.5k of USDT from coinbase to @BitrueOfficial
It was a simple error on my part as I sent it via BEP20 & not ERC20.
I contacted @BitrueOfficial immediately to start a retrieval process, having all the details of the origin source details Destination details and the correct TXID erc20 details, everything they needed for the return of my funds. However 3 months down the line and after chasing them almost on a daily basis I am still waiting for the return of my money. Bitrue have fobbed me off and delayed at Every opportunity.
Bitrue then confirmed they had found my transaction and required $100 USDT to process the refund only to be told 2 weeks later that the retrieval process had now suspended for a further 14 days. This is a blatant delay tatic, and totally unacceptable. Users please be careful and check everything before you send/receive to avoid Bitrue's pertracted returns process!!

Clear scam exchange be very careful seem multiple reports of customers having funds frozen and then been asked to pay to have unfrozen.

I forgot to add the tag when I sent my HBAR on the 8th of April. No one is perfect I’ve been in crypto for 9 years and I know that the transaction can be resolved. It’s happen to me before and it’s never taken 3 months.

Been waiting on 2 transactions for recovery for almost 3 months now, everytime I email them I get the same automated email message. After my last email to them they declined all of my requests no matter how many times I submit all of my information.

$600 just gone.

Stay away.

DO NOT USE BITRUE, THEY HAVE TAKEN MY CRYPTO. THEY SAY THEY HAVE IT BUT WON'T RELEASE IT. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET HELP SINCE FEB 22. LOOKS LIKE SOME SORT OF INTERNAL SCAM. If a Bitrue anti internal fraud officer is reading this please let me know how to contact you.

I was looking for a place to exchange Permission (ASK) to USDT. Around $80 worth of it. I saw Bitrue is allowing you to exchange it.

Long story short, it was easy to sign up for an account, everything is clear, everything went smoothly, I could exchange the ASK to USDT and get $81 for it.

The withdrawal took 5-10 minutes or less, it was quite fast. I had nothing wrong with the site.

Its a joke , u can buy a coin but if its raise like 200 procent u can not sell it until its drops almost to the price before..

If u take contact there always say “ oh u can u send some screenshots, we shall look directly “ but they never do ..

Its a great joke , the app and the service ! I think i will move everything to binance ASAP

I traded arbitrage almost 2 years ago. Both regular arbitrage and some n-degree arbitrage.

I did not know what that was at the time, but I still made some money not more than 100-200$. I received an email stating to stop n-degree arbitrage. I replied asking what that was multiple times and have proof. They never answered and they never thought to explain exactly what I was doing wrong.

After I traded n-degree arbitrage again they froze my account and took my funds.

They never reply to my mails. Tried reaching out on twitter,telegram and more but they won’t address this issue at all and they think they can just steal my money.I asked for them to give it back and I will never use their platform again but they don’t care. They won’t return it and won’t address this issue. I am begging for a reply but all i get are automatic replies and they just don’t care. Terrible service and terrible experience.

So because I made less than 200$ by trading multiple pairs on their platform they can steal thousands of dollars from me? What a disgrace.

Absolutely terrible customer service.
I keep emailing and trying to contact them regarding an on going issue and they have said numerous times over several months they would solve it. Originally said the issue would be solved in 10 business days which didn't happen and then moved to 30 business days which hasn't happened either.

When emailing customer support, they don't respond so don't feel valued as a customer.

I would not recommend this exchange to anyone as it's obvious they don't care about their customers.
