They are a wonderful small company with tremendous fore vision into the crypto space, very good ethics.
Not able to speak to anyone or attend the office since Covid, caused considerable delay at my end.
System and clarity of operation ok.

Would have given 5 stars, just a few tweaks needed. A great place to buy Bitcoin SV especially if you are buying with gbp. Transfers from my bank happen in seconds. It’s very easy to use, no complicated screens. Transfers out to wallets or back to my bank are fast and easy too. I especially like that my bsv and btc are held in cold storage.

I've been aware of and involved with cryptocurrencies since 2013. Of all the cryptocurrency holding solutions I have experienced, Gravity is the one that by far gives the most peace of mind when using.

I have used Bitstocks for couple of weeks and everything has worked well this far.

I have been trying to make contact with this company both via the phone and email, phone line reverts you back to support on the webpage, the email accounts just bounce back. I cannot get hold of you!

Further to the response below, I have tried three times to email: gravity at bitstocks.com and i get a bounce back saying undelivered as receiver identifies as spam. How else can I contact you.
