Crypto newbie looking for a home
As a Crypto newbie it was a case of looking at as many companies as possible to try and find out which company makes trading as straight forward as possible. It soon became a case of a 'dear caught in a headlight' syndrome, but I then found 'Bitstock'. They advertise an easy to use platform and the claims they make are honest and to the point. Registration was a doddle and im now looking forward to a long and prosperous future with this company !!....and one last thing, like all companies, customer service is paramount and I was able to speak to a Bitstocks represenataive at any given time. Two weeks in and im still waiting to speak to someone at a very prominent company beginning with the letter'C'. Hope this helps others in a similar position to me!!

I felt treated like a criminal
I had an account with Gravity over a period of 2 months and the level of scrutiny and questions being sent to me on every single purchase and transfer I made was appalling, I was bombarded like a criminal, and after the last email to explain myself once again I simply withdrew my BTC and closed my account.
Their excuse remains that they're following money laundering and terrorism guidelines, whereas 99% of my small account came from buying BTC directly from my bank account. This is embarrassing to me and I can't take it anymore, I'd rather keep my money in my bank account than deal with such nonsense.

Had a minor issue with my account, but the support team were fantastic in resolving it. Would also highly recommend the Gravity platform in general.

absolutely brilliant support from Vee at gravity
absolutely brilliant support from Vee, got me set up pretty quickly after I let support know that the automated verification system didn't work with assistive technology for the blind, a lot of crypto companies who claim to be accessible to all exclude the disabled by not even trying to adapt their processes when we run into a problem. not at Gravity, I'm all set up with both gbp and eur accounts and they've taken my feedback on board. thank you so much!

Gravity is user friendly and simple to use
I have been using Gravity for a while now and really like the product. The whole user experience from initial set-up to buying/selling crypto is very intuitive and straight-forward. The only comment I would make is that it would be good to have a feature in place where you can automatically download your transaction history. This would assist with record-keeping and tax calculations, etc.

Beautifully designed, simple to use
I've been using Gravity from Bitstocks for the past 10 months, I can't fault it, the user interface design is plain and simple to use, faster payments work great, it's a much better customer experience than Coinbase. Highly recommended!

We fully appreciate your philosophical standpoint - we knew when we decided to support BSV and the original whitepaper design of Bitcoin, that it wouldn’t be for everyone. However, as a business, it's of paramount importance that we can forecast our development roadmap against a chain that won't have regular protocol changes. We also have to consider the technology's long term legal compliance. Our focus as a company needs to be on delivering the best service and products to our clients, and spending as little time as possible worrying about our public ledger database being able to scale and its compliance. BSV delivers on all fronts, as did the whitepaper from 2009.
We can also assure you that our CEO is not on anyone’s payroll - if you follow his socials or listen to the Bitstocks Podcast on YouTube, you’ll see that Michael is a regular critic of toxic behaviour within the entire crypto-community, including people who work in BSV.

A company with a strong vision, and in no way are being shaped by others or being influenced by money. The roadmap is clear and precise and there technology and knowledge is the highest of all in my opinion.
This trust-pilot page isn’t to complain about Craig Wright here, that isn’t an honest review on the company at all.

I've used their service in the past, but can't any more, not with their open allegiance with the enemy of Bitcoin and pathological liar, Craig Wright. He has been confirmed as fraud, please see recent Craig vs Kleiman court battle. Also, type into your search engine "Craig Wright fraud" or "false evidence". You will find dozens of examples.
Shame on you, Bitstocks. This shallow deception serves no one, but yourselves.

Our headspace, as a company, needs to be occupied by delivering the best service and products to our clients, not spending time worrying about our public ledger database being able to scale and its compliance with legal frameworks. BSV delivers on all fronts, as did the whitepaper from 2009, and our allegiance is to the technology, not the creator.
We understand that philosophically, you felt unable to continue to use Bitstocks services based on our decision back then, but we hope to show the world what can be built on BSV and welcome you to join us on Gravity soon.
