Worst service and very stupid guy who …

Worst service and very stupid guy who DONT understand anything. I asked for different delivery address and he got into argument why i need different delivery address.then i cancel the order from there.

I bought a table online and had to wait 2 weeks, which is fine. Meanwhile the price for the table became 20% cheaper. I reached out to BIVA to either get the price difference or cancel my initial purchase for the old price to replace for an order against the new price. I sent 2 emails and never got a reply. This was my last purchase at BIVA

Bad experience with poor quality furniture

I have bought the "Fossdal skænk m. 3 låger - Hvid" at Biva website. The furniture is low quality specially because the doors are too big and cannot be properly adjusted. I have written an evaluation of the product in their website and they have never published. Somehow I feel I cannot trust the site or their products evaluation, since they only publish good reviews. It is sad because we wanted to furnish our entire house and they seem to have a great variety of products. Here at Aarhus University where I work, lots of new people are looking for furniture everyday (students and new staff) and I have been warning everyone about the not rated furniture at Biva´s website. I never got a reply back from my comment, and since the furniture had to be all set for us to discover the problems with the doors, we cannot even return it. It is just sad.

The delivery service is not quite satisfied

The price is quite competitive. And I really appreciate the advice with regard to interior design. However, the delivery service is really inefficient and even unacceptable. I have made an order at the begin of January, but I have been told that only can be delivered by the end of March.

good quality

The quality of the sofa is good. At the showroom the salesman was very well explaining and helpful.
However, the payment did not go as he said. The money was deducted from my account immediately, and I received the sofa after 2 months. But he had said that once the order is ready the money will be deducted.
Trying to call the customer service was hopeless. Even written communications were sometimes really hard.....
