Worst services in the world have been waiting for over five months for my order only received one of my watches asked them what is going on all I get in reply is your order has been sent my come in different packages do to demand. Yet the my order on the website has them as they are still preparing for shipment.
Do Not by anything from them the product is worth the price.

Well, I tried but was left very disappointed. I ordered three watches last year on December 28th. At the time because it was close to New Year I gave them the benefit of the doubt that ‘due to high demand delivery may take 2-7 weeks’.

After receiving the notifications that the products were shipped in three different packages, I started tracking them through their website. The only updates on there were that the products left China on January 3rd. Until last week, those updates remained as such and since last week they changed from ‘In Transit’ to ‘Expired’. Throughout all this time I contacted their customer care to try and get some information. I was told that usually their tech department do not update the tracking infos that often. I couldn’t believe such an excuse. They told me that they will make a request for it to be updated, but that never happened.

Even when I mentioned that 7 weeks have passed, they just sent me their shipping infographics while telling me that those things happened and that I shouldn’t be alarmed. Today, March 31st, nothing came through. Luckily, I had opened a claim on PayPal. Even from there Bixford never replied. I won the case and I was refunded. I’m not sure if all that time wasted was worth it. They keep fooling people about how only shipping is paid but after three months nothing gets delivered, one comes to think whether the delivery is being done on foot from China.

They also deleted my review on their Facebook page twice and prevented me from commenting. I had a very bad experience and I ask everyone to be very careful.

Good watch, considering that it was free. I would recommend Bixford to anybody who deosn't want to spend a lot of money for a timepiece.

I bought a watch in January 2018. Still no watch all you get is auto emails saying looking in to it .dont buy or loose your money as well

TOTAL SCAM! I have ordered one "free watch" the 27 December 2017 to gift to my father as is an huge fan of watches. At the end? At today 22 March the item is never been arrived. Tracking code is pure garbage, and in my honest opinion FAKE. Thankfully I have payed via PayPal and obviously I have opened a dispute on their portal for "item never received". As You can imagine they have never answered my questions via mail or via PayPal. Avoid at all costs!

Tracking number they give you is garbage and then they tell you to wait 65 days for my order, don't think so

Thanks to all at Bixford for replacing my missing order which arrived the other day. The watch is splendid and looks good on, thanks again for your top service.

One huge ripoff, placed this order #79302, in October, they gave me some excuse and said they would re-ship the order, that was October of last year....don't do it, I can think of a lot more things to do with the shipping and handling fee than to just give it to them....don't do it, the hole thing is a SCAM

Our gold bands were very nice. My only gripe is the shipping time was longer than expected and I got an email 3 weeks before they arrived so I was worried they had been lost some how.

NEVER order a "free" watch from Bixford!! They are not worth the cost of shipping and are fake and cheap (!!! ) straight from China! Plastic rubbish that does not even resemble what you thought you ordered. SCAM!!

169 USD watch for free? This should always sound suspicious. And it was, but it was too tempting not to give it a try.

Bixford gives away free watches, where you only pay delivery costs.
On their website you can find lots of beautiful looking watches, claiming to be free instead of a couple hundred dollars! It's a bargain, isn't it?
Let me give you a hint: it's not.
If I saw these watches on a market, could touch them and try them on, I wouldn't even pay the postage cost I had to pay for the ones I bought (around 10 USD). They are not even worth 5 USD, not even close to the claimed 169 USD or so.
If you order from Bixford, please be prepared to receive a watch with the same quality as a 2 USD watch you can buy on ebay with free shipping.
See multiple dials on the watch with additional buttons? Fake and fake, only serves as decoration. And this is not even mentioned anywhere! From a watch supposedly worth 169 USD I would at least expect these things to work, if not perfectly.
I'll probably never wear these watches. You probably won't want to either.

The watches i received were great. They look good and i love them . They arrived in good time and ill definately be looking to purchase more

Everything advertised about your watches was right on the money

The delivery time was a little longer than i would have liked, but overall pretty impressed.

I realize the watch was free, but I expected the watch to be a true see-through, not, what is essentially, a metallic appearing overlay.
