Ordered two watches so far have received one. I knew what I was buying, a cheap imitation of a brand so not disappointed. Changed the strap immediately and it works fine. Now if I could only get the second one!

The products and quality of Bixford is very good and the prices also for Small pockets.
I hope i can wear the wonderfull watches i've Buyd in the future and hope, you can help me with my problem.

I payed for a watch that I redered on 11/2/2017 anf I have emailed Bixford support 15 time and as of today 2/15/18 I have not received my watch nor have I received a refund. The bixford support use to send me aapologetic responses promising tracking info or personal updates however they dont even respond at all any more. Does anyone have a phone numbe to this company?
I now belive they are scamers and have taken my money. Can anyone please help?

I love the free watches that I have received, stylish design that looks good on your wrist, I just can't fault them.

I am wearing the first watch that I had from Bixford and it is keeping excellent time . I now have two just in case !

I mean, they're giving out free watches. You just pay the shipping. The watches aren't top quality, but they're definitely wearable, and given the price, a great deal. I will say, they seem to be watches with minor defects. on one, the "6" is a "9", for example. Nothing glaring.

The watch I have the when I work I have gloves on and pulled the gloves off the watch stop and I have to reset it.

Quite happy - god customer service, delivery rapid, wish all on line firms were as good.

I thought one that had ordered was water resistant but it wasnt .i thought the prices they showed for the watches in the ad where i chose the watch was not true when i recieved them i knew it wasnt true they are not that expensive of a watch from the looks of them my husband was not impressed we ended up giving them to our young grandsons yes they were worth the 10 dollars i paid for each watch if i wouldve paid advertising price before crossed off i wouldve been very upsetbut ok for a cheap watch

Found from ordering and getting it was a breeze enjoying dealing with get my watches actually told friends about getting there own

So far the watch is keeping excellent time it's been 5 days since I received it, Looks good the strap is comfortable very pleased with it

I have purchased several watch's from Bixford and they always arrive with a 2 week period and work great and look awesome. I am always being complimented on them and asked where to find the. I give them the site info and even show the products from my phone as well on Bixfords web site. Keep up the great work. A Very satisfied and repeat customer. Thank You.

Customer services were always quick to reply with any concerns I had shipping times were a bit longer than expected but I put that down to the time of year and popularity

Thought this would be a risky move but this is a great website with great watches! A real offer and a great deal.
