I was really interested in using this software, and was blown away by the system - however any good feeling I had about this software (or company) has well and truly gone.

To date, spent 6 days chasing them for something I've paid for

Traiding Standards (UK) and Trading Standards (USA) contacted.
Also filed a dispute with my bank against them.

appauling company, offering legal templates and documents from an outdated piece of software, cant even send me emails.

I want what I've paid for, how difficult is it to send me a damn license key?

I got the bilingual version (English and French ) of Business -in-a-Box years ago and to this day I am still amazed by the documents that I find in it!

Buy it, it is a no-brainer. It has all documents any business need, and they are so professional!

Well I'd have to say over all the program works great, best program I've spent money on. The one thing is everyone has a work space a mental state they like to work in the custom skins need to be more custom to help us work better. I know that sounds silly yet it works.

It can still be improved.

In view that I come from the marine industry, it would be better if more samples on marine claims and marine insurance are available. For instance, a Letter of Indemnity, Bank Guarantee, Notice of Loss, General Average Bond, and etc. Perhaps, a maritime lawyer would be able to contribute their samples.

By the way, I thought you might like to see that your company has shown only IMPECCABLE customer support!! My sincere thanks and appreciation to you all.

I have used it for many years and I have found the documents to be a great resource for the various companies that I have run over the years.

If you are a business owner or starting a business it will help you in so many ways you will wonder how you would have done it without.

I have told my friends; “do not waste your money.” Just buy a good old HR 4th years university book.

Any Chinese translated document should be given the same label as the corresponding English version. It is difficult to match them.

I looked on line. Found what I thought was a form letter we could use. But eas not appropriate . Sent an e-mail to customer service requesting my subscription number be invalid and a refund. They claim 100% satisfaction guarantee, but refund was not possible.
