Dreadful customer service
I inquired about a piece of camera equipment and was told it was available. I was asked to pay for it, which I did. However, I was later informed that it was no longer in stock and had to make multiple calls to arrange a refund. Three weeks later, I am still waiting for my refund.
Terrible service.

Missing parts
Shipping was fast but unfortunately, my package came without some parts with an open box (the stamp of the original packaging was cut out).
But very quickly, after an e-mail complaint, they sent me the missing pieces.

First of all I have to say that BL2 is a great company shop. thou we had short miscommunication they were prone and fast to solve the matter like I've never experience before with any other online shop out there.
They were professional and kind in every step of the way to help me get the product I bought without needing to wait for so long and therefore I could plan my work as a freelancer.
