They said my phone has been delivered but no I haven’t received so I’ve had to fill in a form and sign it so I did now they want my photo ID, I said no so they won’t refund my money or replace phone this company is a bunch of thieves I would never deal with them ever again and hey no the phone wasn’t delivered thieving liars

I have charged fir changing of mind I wouldn't recommend or trust to anyone buying anything of this company they very tricky people and misleading the buyers the return cost it wouldn't cost less £3 . The making money of administration fees and delivery charges this the first company charge for administration fees for refurbish electrical
