Black Nova built my website just over 3 years ago.
I'm a IT novice and they have been nothing but professional and helpful every step of the way.
I often email with a question for some help or advice on what to do for adding on my website and i always get a quick reply with instruction and advice.

Black nova designed the websites for both a riding centre and a show yard I frequent. Both of them don't work properly on my mobile with text overlapping when you scroll and the navigation bar going off the screen. The contact form on one of them also doesn't work - luckily I was able to speak to the owner over the phone. I'm not sure why they have so many positive reviews when the two sites I try to use are unusable!

Black Nova took on board what we needed in terms of IT equipment, pulled together a suitable spec, built and delivered it, and then helped us make sure it was up and running from the previous setup. They couldn't do enough to help us with their great levels of IT knowledge

Black Nova Design have taken the stress out of website design! I was struggling with a previous website I had set up and needed help. As a small business owner I wanted something that was easy to use and with a local company. Not only have they redesigned my website to fit my brand, they also host my website and email address making it more cost effective for me. They are extremely helpful and professional but more importantly, they don't talk to you in IT jargon, they explain processes in a user friendly way giving you the tools needed to update your website yourself, if you choose too.
