My item came one day sooner than expected. I did think shipping was a bit high, but after the speed of delivery it didn't seem so much at all.

I have four Black Rapid Straps...two for big Nikons and 2 for 4/3 camera bodies. I find them comfortable to carry my heavy cameras. I just got a hand hold strap for one of the 4/3 bodies and I also have a light small camera strap for the other 4/3 camera. The straps are easy to interchange if necessary. I would, and have recommended BlackRapid to anyone in need of a good camera strap.

Good practical product

Very cool camera sling that has been well designed and manufactured. It is very comfortable and easy to use. I would recommend this to anyone who takes a lot of photos and need their camera on hand all the time.

Don't get misled by cheap horrible clones that are very substandard.

I placed my order without any problems. The items arrived as promised. A pleasure to deal with them.

Haven't been able to use it yet but it seems very well made and easily adjustable - just as advertised..

I found the BRAD strap difficult to attach to the Curve strap that I had previously purchased. Possibly be cause the slots on the plastic clips were in reverse of the longer part of the insertion, it was hard to force the full strap backwards into the clip. Possibly if the edges on the inside of the clip were slightly rounded,the texture of the curve strap would slide in more smoothly reducing the friction without compromising it's integrity.

There were no instructions packed with the strap and I felt that the video online was inadequate . It was clear how to attach the front of the strap but when it comes to attaching the back side, it was not adequate, On the back side, because of the length adjustment, there are 2 straps. Which one do you attach it to. I tried the inner strap part first and got it hooked on in the upside down position. Then I reversed it and found out it was in the wrong direction facing away from going around the side of my body. I reattached it in the right direction and when I tried it on, I felt a lump in my back where it was attached. I then decided to attach it too the outer strap and finally it was comfortable. All in all with the difficulty I had attaching it I spent about 1 hour on the project.

It is easy to get confused about the direction, but if the strap was not so difficult to insert it wouldn't have be such an annoyance getting it to fit comfortably.

Glad I switched from the conventional camera strap.

I really like the product I ordered, but delivery was a couple days slower than my orders from Wimberly & RRS that were made on the same day. I needed your product, so the wait was worth it!

The reason I gave 1 star was because my package came late. I know that's not black Rapids fault and I don't blame them for it. I did however reach out to the email that was provided in the contact us section of the website and emailed them. I never got a reply back. Any reply would've sufficed but nope. Not a single reply. Why have a contact us page if you're not gonna reply?

I ordered a tripod mount to use with my Black Rapid camera strap. The mount is solid and more importantly it works well with the strap. It is a little heavy but given the value of the equipment using the mount, you want to be sure it won't fail. As a general observation, the Black Rapid camera equipment does not appear to be that well known amongst photography enthusiasts here in Melbourne Australia. Many are still using the brand issued straps, tripod mounts and other basic accessories. In particular, the basic straps pull on the back of the neck. I've had a cross body strap for several years and it has been brilliant. Interestingly, it has been enthusiastically endorsed by everyone i have recommended. Living in Oz and having limited retail options, I have ordered the equipment online. In each instance, Black Rapid has communicated clearly and delivered quickly.

The blackrapid Metro strap has made carrying my camera a non-issue. It is comfortable, the camera is super handy, easily accessible and stays out of the way when walking. Hard to improve on this.

I have many Blackrapid accessories and all are exactly as advertised and work perfectly. Buy and use with confidence.
