Needed a replacement part. I was able to quickly find it on the website, order it, then easily pay for my product. Although I did not expect it to ship until at least Monday since this was Friday afternoon, I shortly, after ordering, received an email notifying my order had be shipped and was on its' way. I received it on Tuesday in time for an event where I really needed the equipment for which I ordered the replacement part. Excellent service and super ease of website use.

I bought the shoulder harness years ago and it works wonderfully. I decided I needed some extra storage space so I went back for the add on pouches. The site was hard to navigate and harder to buy from. The pouch I got was the biggest they made and was supposed to accommodate my cell phone, which it did not. Which ended up being a good thing. The pouch is well made for sure. But it is big and bulky and is always in the way. The added weight pulls the shoulder pad down so I am constantly fighting with it. I also found the same item at b&h photo with free shipping. They charged $8.50. I guess you can wear it on your belt, but then it will be sideways. Buyer beware.

Well constructed sling for camera. fits well and works effortlessly in use without discomfort.
While the overall add-ons are great, some aspects would be helpful like more uniform buckles so that one can design or built add-on that is currently not a item available. Some simple questions or requests could be more carefully considered so as to build a greater reputation for flexibility and management of their unique line.

This strap is the solution I've been looking for. It keeps my camera secure and ready for action while hiking with a backpack. The fit is perfect and quality is top notch. Thanks BlackRapid!

I ordered a camera strap and I love it. The order was shipped timely and arrived on schedule.

We loved our Black Rapid backpack and wrist straps so much when we received them, that we ordered an everyday strap also so we could take it everywhere with us. Can't wait to use the backpack strap while hiking this summer in the national parks.

Here's what I liked about, This Sport hanging sling is great, it takes the weight off your neck, and puts it in your shoulder. Making it feel so light when its hanging by your side! The length is prefect making the camera hang by your hip, and when you are ready to take that shot, you only need to reach down with your hand and grab your camera! Swing it up to your eye to take the shot, and then returning back down again. And this is what I did not like about this Sport sling. After spending 73.00 I still had to spend another 20.00 some dollars to get the "tether kit" to make sure that if the screw on the foot broke, the camera will not fall to the ground!! And the second thing that I did not like was that whenever the camera was raised to your eye the shoulder strap would start to slide down my left arm (even with their under the armpit strap. I still think that it needs another strap to go for your left shoulder to the right side of your body under the right armpit. To keep it in place. The third thing that I did not like was that whenever you sat down you REALLY have to WATCH that you DON'T swing your camera into a chair!! And maybe the ground if you are using a Long and Very Expensive "L" series lens like I have!!!!! You need to design, away to quickly shorten the length of the side hanging strap!!! I'm learning to be MORE CAREFULL using the sling, but I should NOT have to!!!

This is the best replacement for the standard camera strap. Easy to set up and use, and very comfortable while in use. I highly recommend this product!

I like the "Shot" Camera Strap because it stays on my shoulder and the fixed length of the strap is perfect when it hangs. The transition is fast and smooth when bringing the camera up to shoot. The strap screws into the tripod mount and so far, has stayed tight. I feel much more professional in the field as well as being able to shoot faster without my old strap getting in the way of my setting and hands. I am very happy with the "Shot"!

I have used the strap since it first came out. I love having the camera hang at my hip. Can get banged around in crowded areas just keep my hand on the camera. Just bought the wrist strap as a short outing alternative.

I have had the SHOT shoulder strap now for about a week or so. It works great, no sliding off the shoulder.
