I'm a sports photographer, and BlackRapid sling straps are essential for my shoots. They're well-designed, quality-constructed products that I'm pleased to use and proud to own.

I am both a birder and photographer. All the BlackRapid items I have ordered and used are fantastic. I love the Metro Sling for my Canon D70 with a 150-600 Zoom. Its hangs comfortably on my hip and I don't feel the weight of the heavy lens. I also use binoculars and love their convertable straps that can either hang around my neck or clip on to my backpack. Customer service from BlackRapid is also first rate.

Why? Well because I ordered a sling from BlackRapid in US and I had it at my doorstep in Uppsala (Sweden), three days later! Not only was the speed amazing, I am also as satisfied as I hoped to be with my purchase. The sling is of very good quality and the method/design is exactly what I was hoping for: secure and fast to ''activate'' my camera. I am rather old and even though I am confident that my camera is secure in the sling, I keep checking the screw rather often....... but that`s me and my age I guess! ;)

I bought the BlackRapid FastenR Tripod (FR-T1) for attaching to my Manfrotto tripod plate, and it is the perfect accessory. It makes using my BlackRapid strap more versatile and simple.

title says it all. received my order within a few days of ordering. very satisfied with the product and the customer service.

Finally, Black Rapid came out with an Arca Swiss tripod mount which allows the use of the Black Rapid strap, and quick access to the tripod mount when you want to use it. It works great, and saves time when going from handheld with the strap to a tripod. I only wish they had done it sooner, it might have prevented me spending money on a competitive strap so I could have easy tripod access.

I accidentally put in the wrong address for delivery. I immediately contacted customer service. Within a couple of hours, I'd had two people contact me and te situation was fixed. Delivery was quick.

The strap I ordered was a gift so I can't talk about the quality of the product but, based on their customer service, I have no doubts the strap is fantastic.

BlackRapid Customer Service failed to respond to a "Contact us" Query regarding how to use your BR website to track a delivery. The directions as to tracking a shipment were not apparent even with much time spent looking to locate them.

Excellent product, I have three of them! Highly recommend any of their products!

The sling arrived as promised. It is great. I did have some difficulty with the descriptions in the web site. The products seemed very much the same from one another. I have no reservations about the choice of the cross fit but i just made a guess
