Excellent service and great products

I purchased a BlackRapid camera strap to replace an inexpensive strap I purchased to get started. The strap arrived very quickly, and the quality was apparent as soon as I opened the package. The fittings were smooth and shiny without sharp edges, and all adjustments worked easily and solidly. The sewing on the strap was evenly stitched and neatly executed. The comparison to the strap I already owned was that there was no comparison. The BlackRapid strap was better in all respects. I could not be more satisfied. I shoot a Nikon camera, and BlackRapid's quality of fit and finish are comparable to Nikon's. In fact, I believe that if Nikon were to offered a strap, it would look like a BlackRapid. I highly recommend them.

I've had my camera strap for about a year and absolutely love it. Recently I noticed the rubber washer on the FastenR had disappeared. I decided to order a new FastenR and emailed customer service to inquire on getting a new washer so I could still use the FastenR I have since I have a few cameras. They quickly replied back. When I promptly received my new fastener a few days later there was two washers included free of charge. Great product and customer service, I highly recommend.

Great product, this one was a gift as a friend saw mine and loved it, I also love mine. Takes the pain away carrying a big camera. This was the fastest delivery I have ever experienced. Great product and great customer service.

I'm new to Blackrapid products, having recently bought the Sport sling strap from a local photography store. I used the website to order an additional mount to use with my second lens. It was easy to find what I needed, easy to order, and I received the order in a couple of days.

This pack has been a complete game changer for me while traveling and taking photographs. The backpack is great and the wheels make it effortless when on location or shooting a wedding, to have my gear near by without breaking my back. I recently used it in the United Kingdom (I am based in California) and I was able to pack everything I needed inside and still be comfortable. Best bag on the market. You won't regret your purchase. The handle sticks a tad but that seems to be the case with many roll bags.

I purchased Black Rapids Sport strap for my DSLR and love it. The problem of being able to quickly detach strap and use tripod is easily and relatively inexpensively solved with a tripod plate made for use with the strap.
Customer service answered my inquiries promptly and when they weren't sure if a product was compatible with an accessory I had, they offered to send it to me to see if it was.

I ordered the "Bryce" accessory pouch for my "R" strap and it was at my door two days later! I seriously thought that it would take 5-7 days minimum to arrive. Nice surprise! The quality and construction of your products is outstanding!
