Unfortunately the vendor notified BSI that the item would be back ordered with no estimate to ship. BSI refunded my payment within an hour of notification.

We ordered a part on 7/15/18 then got no communication until I sent an email on 7/27/18 to find out where our order was, then i get told after 2 tries at communication with this company that oh it's back ordered and won' t be available to ship until 8/7/18, now it is 8/10/18 and I have had to send another email to find out what is going on because once again NO COMMUNICATION

Called & a man answered, did not identify the business until I specifically asked if I had Black Smoke Industries. Alex should identify his business when he answers the phone.

update! Just talked to black smoke industry said the part should be delivered today! Hope so!

Good customer service, quality products, good response time to emails

I ordered an item as a Fathers Day gift on June 11th It showed in stock. On June 12th I messaged Blacksmoke to send me the tracking number. I never got one.They messaged me back on June 13th and told me the inventory was wrong and the item is not in stock. Today is June 26 still no delivery.
Very frustrated and disappointed.

Alex is awesome! You got me the right parts for a very tricky Mopar truck and everything works awesome! The mounting location for the compressor is a joke because it has to be removed to replace the oil filter. So I mounted it under the bed frame over the rear differential. I had to add wiring to do so but it was worth the effort to keep the engine bay less cluttered. But the directions are clear that came with the kit are easy and straight forward so was appreciated.
