Bought before, beautiful blinds, just make sure you measure correctly or get the insurance

Beautiful blinds and easy to fit but the wheel is very difficult to grip now as it's the same diameter as the blind. Ordered one for my bathroom a few months ago and the wheel was bigger than the diameter of the blind and was much easier to grab and turn.

This is the second order from Blinds2go and the blinds are exactly as described and arrived within the stated time frame. Would definitely order again.

We have used Blinds2Go many times and each time the quality of the blinds are excellent. bit nerve racking measuring myself and hoping i am right, but they insure you for this for a small fee which is well worth it. They are our go to place to shop. excellent customer service as well if you have any questions.

We measured for our blind with a laser measuring device. Unfortunately the measurements were wrong. However, because we had paid for the SureSize all we had to do was call and they have got another blind coming at no extra cost within 2 weeks. This time we measured with a tape! Sooraj was very helpful on the phone and quickly sorted this for us.

I contacted Customer Service and got through to Joshua. I was enquiring about a replacement part for a blind I purchased 15 years ago from them. Joshua was helpful and patient as he guided me through the measurements I needed to take. He sort out the replacement part in no time at all. Fantastic company and service. Thank you

Excellent! From the customer service assisting with sizing etc as I originally wanted Venetian blinds but then decided roller blinds wld suit my needs.
The blinds are no tool, no drill. My son fitted them in a few minutes! Excellent . Wld recommend them.

Would not recommend at all, I chose them over another supplier and have chased and chased delivery it has now been 17 days since I placed the order and 10 days since I received UPS tracking number and have now been told it will be another 5 working days minimum! I placed an order with competitor for same product for another room and they arrived within 10 days!!!! When they are advertising 8-9 days for delivery - complete incorrect will not be using again

Very efficient and accommodating if size isn’t perfect because of tiling etc; being carried out, after order made. Excellent back up service.

We regularly use blinds to go and their other company "Curtains to Go". There some very good quality fabrics by well known designers at a good price, we have purchased curtains and roman blinds for our rooms and the service and quality are very good.

I purchased some blind's a few years ago and had no idea what type they was I reached out for help with there brilliant team and a Very helpful person called Andrea managed to find my original order and tell me what type they was then went the extra mile by emailing me a quote for a replacement blind so I didn't need to go through the whole ordering process so thank you Andrea if you read this 👍

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. Luckily I also bought the insurance. Pavalli from customer services was really helpful in arranging an exchange.
