Ordered over the phone from blinds2go today due to issues adding coupon code online. I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Shuabuddin, he delt with my order and my inquires with a hassle free attitude and was very professional.

We have ordered 15 blinds over the last few years. I have noticed the quality isn’t quite the same but still happy enough.
However, trying to get through and speak to someone is almost impossible. As are emails. You have to get past the AI Roman. Who will not put you through to a human saying he can help.
Eventually he couldn’t help and another lady emailed to say she could send me a remote control for the electric blinds as I didn’t like the app. However. This was 2 weeks ago and no sign, and back to trying to get through to chase it. This is making me rethink ordering the remainder of the blinds with them.

In the past 6 months I have bought 2 electric blinds for my kitchen and 2 for a bedroom. They are great quality. Well made. Easy to install. If you buy a remote you can put all your blinds on it. There is also an app.

The best feature for me is that you can set parameters for how high and how low you want your blinds. With one press of the button per blind you have them lying perfectly and to your requirements.
I will be buying more! Would recommend.

I have bought many blinds from Blinds2Go. They are usually ok, but if there’s ever an issue, they are brilliant at sorting it out. Andrea has just confirmed they are remaking one of the blinds that wasn’t quite rolling correctly. I know if there’s a problem they will address it. Another plus is that they are available for long hours so you can almost always get a very quick response.

Delivery good but there was one glitch, easily fixed but it was necessary to trwal the Internet to find out how. The blind pulled off to one side when raised and I thought it was faulty. it turned out to be a matter of adjustment where the screws locating the rollers had come loose and shifted sideways.

Ordering was straight forward, price was reasonable, delivery was prompt and communication was excellent, with the measuring guide the blinds fit perfectly 👍
