The blinds were good quality and took only a few days to arrive. However we couldn't use the brackets as there is no space around the window. If we had known then we could have allowed for this but we didn't so the blinds ended up being about 2cm too short.

I've bought a few different sizes and types. They were all exactly as described. Very simple to fit.
Excellent service, and really quick delivery.

Ive used the Blind Depot twice now for different products and have to the say the service is excellent and exactly what I asked for. Delivery is swift and customer services were very very helpful and prompt in there response. Would highly recommend !!!

The goods were delivered on the day scheduled, customer support very prompt as I needed to change delivery address 2 days before the delivery date.

Only problem is that the rail I ordered for the blinds were long (345cm), and the metal is quite thin so it was bent in 2 places probably during the delivery I would imagine. Didn't affect the use so far, but does look a bit damaged.

You should choose a better delivery service as City Link is terrible!!

This is an easy way to order blinds with out any trouble

I have just received my new blind. Found it outside the front side gate & am assuming it was delivered today Wed. 9/7/14 but no idea as we don't use that gate very often. No note through the door & I have no idea if all the components are there until I try to assemble it as the packaging was very bashed about on both parcels so could have some damaged or missing bits. It is for my caravan so won't be assembling it immediately. Thought I was supposed to sign for this. Good job my son found it as very heavy rain forecast for tonight. Very poor service. Rating is for courier not the Company.

On looking for a blind for my kitchen Blinds Depot was recommended to me and I was extremely impressed with their service. This included sending me samples by return of post and the quick delivery of my blind, which is also excellent quality and very reasonably priced. I have already recommended them to a friend and would not think of buying from anywhere else.

The blinds arrived quickly, were good quality especially for the price and were easy to put up. Very pleased with the service.

I ordered 2blinds the first one was 148cm drop by 125wide second one 149cm drop by 125cm wide, what I got was a box with 2 bunches of slats that were 120cm drop and no track to put it on. I called customer services and the operator insisted that I had ordered 148 cm wide by 125cm drop and 149wide by 125cm drop. I tried to tell her that irrespective of what she says I ordered it still had the wrong order as I had slats that measured 120cm drop and no track to put it on. She told me that I would get no refund and that I could not return the blinds As I couldn't get her to listen to me I lost my temper and told her where to stick the blinds and I hung up. I then got on to my bank who are going to contest the payment. You may understand this has put me off this company and I will never use them again.

The quality of the blind is good but the rope is a bit delicate.

Would recommend blind depot to everyone

I ordered the blinds in Vesta Pearl and they look really nice, easy to handle and give a room that 'finished look' I feel I have more privacy without being cut off from the outside. My son fit the blinds for me (it was he who recommend this Company to me) and it didn't take him long to do them (4 sets) I am so pleased with them I have ordered a further 2 sets for the remaining windows of my ground floor flat.

As yet I have not had the blinds installed. I need a man with a drill I expect and will have to wait til one's available. However, the ordering process was easy and I have always been aware that this window was going to be particularly awkward because of it's enormous size. (10 foot by 5 foot). I obviously cannot comment on the blind itself as obviously it's still packaged, but ordering and delivery were sublime! It arrived in under a week. Thank you.

I have purchased blinds from Blinds Depot in the past and recommend them to you. My new blind arrived within 4 working days and looks great. A lovely finishing touch to my new bathroom, now I will get my new towels out on show!!!

I found the whole experience very easy. The choice was wide. The calculator
was very useful. The delivery was quick and the final product was very good and fitted perfectly.

The product was fine: 3 vertical blinds, all as per measurements. However, although I specified under Special Instructions that the delivery should not be left with a neighbour, and that the courier should ring me when he was on his way, to make sure I was in to accept the delivery, in fact he didn't ring and he did leave the package with a neighbour. Unfortunately it was someone else's package, so, by a process of elimination, I had to locate the other customer, drive to her home, hand over her package and, luckily, she had my blinds.
I noted that the Special Instructions section of my address label had been left blank, so my requests had not been passed on.
