I am so glad that I discovered Blinds depot. I wanted venetian blinds - of which there was so much choice. I ordered several samples which arrived quickly. It was then easy to order, and at a great price (while the special offer was on). The blinds arrived on time, and they were well packed. What a shame I ordered the wrong colour!! Entirely my own fault, and I would definitely order from Blinds Depot again.

Living on an Island that struggles with deliveries from Mainland UK, this company is so easy to deal with, quality is good & took 20 mins to install. From an easy ordering process, to delivery to my door took 5 working days, this is my 4th blind & I intend to order many more. A neighbour ordered hers a week before me from another UK company, and experienced problems with shipping & received hers two days after me, City Link were excellent.

1 The screws supplied for fixing brackets are countersink heads but should be pan head.
2. brackets supplied are better suited to bigger diameter roller. With smaller diameter roller the blind is held further from the window than necesary reducing effectiveness of blind.

If it cuts your costs to use these brackets and screws it is false economy: it reduces customer satisfaction

I would buy off this company again.

Very pleased with my shiny new blinds, bit fiddly to put up but all blinds are like that.service o.k and delivery with city link below average because nearest depot is 50 miles away so its hard to get there if you miss them calli g with your package.

I was looking for a blind to match the other three in my kitchen but without success. Then I looked closely at the tassle and read Swish so I managed to track them down and ordered one. It came quickly and was well packed. Am delighted!!

1 The website is easy to negotiate - everything is clear - instructions for measurement and installation cold not have been simpler.
2 You can order as many free samples as you need.
3 I was impressed by the speed with which the samples arrived - wthin 24 hours!
4 The roller blinds were delivered within a week of ordering. Very easy to fit - Just four screws to attach the brackets and just slide the rolled blind in.
5 The packaging was excellent - reducing any risk of damage in transit.
6 I would have awarded 4.9 stars but as this choice is not available I have, reluctantly, reduced the score to 4 stars. The reason I rate 0.1 star less is that I did not know when the delivery was due. I think there should be a system whereby an email is sent to the customer a day before the delivery is due so that arrangements may be made to receive the goods. Having said I am almost 100% satisfied and I will be placing another order for more blinds very soon
