Very good service, fast delivery and very good quality product

A wide range of blinds and colours, coupled with very competitive prices. Add to this a clear and easy ordering system, whether by email or telephone (another good plus point) and excellent quality, you can't really go wrong dealing with this company.

However so far I have received only TWO BLINDS ! I have reported this and I am still waiting for a reply ,
The company can only be contacted 9-5 weekdays in a 24 hr society this is very shortsighted
The blinds I received were of good quality with metal mounting brackets this is essential ,I installed and I am pleased with the look and quality but I am still waiting for a response as to the missing roller blind .

This is the second time I have used blinds depot and once again the service was flawless. The website is really easy to use with great instructions on how to take measurements. There is a great range of blinds available in all different styles and colours. I placed my order online and received delivery within a few days. When they arrived they were packaged well and free from damage. They have easy to follow instructions and everything you need to easy fit the blinds. I fitted them myself with no problems and they fit perfectly. The quality and colour are perfect and they look great.
Overall very happy and will use again.

However, I didn't receive an email to say my blind had been dispatched, this would have been nice.

Ordering was easy, delivery was very quick just 4 working days. Wouldn't even look at any other company for blinds.

I found the ordering on the website, easy and well explained.
The blind arrived within the time frame they have me and I expected, however when it arrived the box was torn and part of the fixing kit missing, presumably lost in transit.
This was a shame on an otherwise very good experience. Which means I probs Lu wouldn't use them again if they can't manage to get the blind to me in one piece.

The quality of the blinds are second to none and easy to install with clear instructions and the after sales service is brilliant. I have used this company before and I would use them again.

When ordering our vertical blind for our patio doors, we were quite worried that we had not measured correctly or that the company made them up wrong, but we had no need to worry at all. They are perfect and look even better than expected. The quality is excellent and so easy to fit. My husband had them completely fitted and working easily within 30 mins. Would definitely reccomend this company to anyone. Don't hesitate, just go ahead and get yourself a bargain. Second big purchase from Blinds Depot. Measured each of 21 individual blinds using a Hilti PD38 laser. Superbly packaged individually, they arrived on time and subsequently fitted precisely and with ease! I chose the matt mid grey style making them and the 60 square metre sun room look fantastic and complementing the decorative theme of white windows and trim and the black ceiling outlined with perimeter white cornice and anthracite coloured floor and window sill tiling.

Ordered our blind and we were really worried as it is a big window, blind delivered in 4 days great quality really pleased with it. Would recommend!

We have ordered blinds before & been very happy. Hence , ordering new blinds from the same company.....as they say if it isn't broken don't mend it..

The website made it very easy to understand and even converted inches to cm for you . I found the instructions that came with the blind excellent and easy to understand as some instructions leave you baffled as what to do but your instructions where really understandable .Nice blind and really does the job .
