Was so disappointed on the picture is…
Was so disappointed on the picture is different product what I got it. On the website you still advertise the old foundation. I got the new one. New one has different shades and structure of foundation. Very disappointing

The question itself is very nice! Most important, the price of the products feel quite right, the delivery was fine, in terms of the time and the packaging.
The one negative aspect is the gift felt deceiving. I was given an Armani perfume as a sample. I chose it becuase it looked in the website like it wilb delivered with Armani's original packaging, but it came in an ampule instead. It would have been much better if the image of the sample is put on the website, instead of the perfume's original packaging.

Received the wrong product on my latest order. I contacted customer service, got a fast reply and the product i had originally ordered send to me the same week. Good customer service will always be a sign of a good company that appreciates its customers. We all make mistakes or can have a bad day but the way you show up for that is what makes the difference. I will continue to shop from Blivakker and recomend to others too.
