I am very disappointed because I paid…
I am very disappointed because I paid more for delivery, to get it before my vocation ( 7 of August), but I get it yesterday (11 of August).
It was very disappointing. Don’t recommend.

Hi, unfortunately you’ve been a bit unlucky here. You chose express handling, which means the package is prioritized and expedited at our warehouse. However, once it has been dispatched from our warehouse, it is shipped as a standard delivery. In this case, a weekend fell between the dispatch and delivery, and we only deliver on business days. That’s why there’s been a few extra days of delay.
