SCAM!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Customer service is terrible, they are dismissive and they refuse to take returns of faulty items. Very unhelpful. I am stuck with a red light mask that doesn’t work as it should but they say from a 30second video clip that there isn’t a problem. I have suggested sending it back so they can test it themselves and they have dismissed my request & they refuse to refund me. I also had a bad experience when buying a panel, they sent out the wrong version & they wouldn’t replace that either. NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

I’ve ordered several times from this company and have been very pleased with every product.

I've ordered glasses that I've recevied but they don't suit me at all.
I've launched a resquest return, I've received an e-mail that says : "you will get an other e mail with furhter instructions to return your order"

I've never received it. I've e mail the customers service and they don't reply me at all.

I promise to revise my review if my return and refund are processed before mid-February 2026.

This isn't the first review I've seen stating that the return policy is shady and customer service is poor.

I therefore await a response from the company.

I’ve purchased the E27 bulbs for lamps in my living room, two bio light full spectrum lamps, and the night light. It’s really helped calm my house down on an evening. I have two busy boys, ADHD/Autism. The lighting has helped both, but specially my son who has Autism. Known for broken sleep, he’s started sleeping through the night for the first time in 10 years. Using lamps from 7PM only throughout the house. Game changer

If you’re thinking about buying from this company, think twice. If there’s anything you need to return, they make the process difficult and essentially push you to keep the product. Even when you submit a return request, it takes days for them to “review” it. What exactly needs to be reviewed is never explained. I understand inspecting a product after it’s returned, but reviewing an online return request is absurd. It feels like they are simply trying to hold onto your money for as long as possible.

On top of that, you can find alternative versions of their products on Amazon for about 50% less. I regret buying anything from this company.

I will be working with PayPal and, if necessary, filing a small claims court case to resolve this issue.

The lights are exceptional. Everyone that walks into my longevity wellness spa, immediately feels relief. I have 50 can lights and 12 sconces. The reading light at night is also a bonus. Thank you for creating a company that matters and makes a difference in everyone’s life.

Great products. I bought a lot of different things from them and each works well and of good quality. The service is also nice. Everything sent in time.

BlockBlueLight has been very easy to deal with, and has great communication. I love the fact they message you back in good timing and are very helpful answering questions. I've been using a portable lamp and blue blocking glasses I enjoy being able to avoid harsh lighting in my home and from screen time in the evenings. As a person with insomnia problems this is a must. I'm looking forward to trying out the new BioSpectrum light bulbs in lamps around our home.

So far I have tried the blue-light blocking glasses attachment, the light bulbs that have 3 different temp options, and the amber light strips. All 3 have been excellent. The light bulbs work great and are easily adjustable from one mode to the other my flicking the light on and off. I have several on one fixture and they all adjust in sync. The glasses attachment is well made and feels high quality. The light strips stick well and make a beautiful glow in my bedroom in the evenings.

This company is amazing! I ordered a pair of blue light glasses that were too large but I exceeded the return deadline due to some mitigating personal circumstances. I contacted the company and explained the situation and they graciously responded and allowed me to exchange for a better fitting pair for my small face. I got the night time ones and they do work! Definitely help me wind down and I fall asleep easier.

Love their products. Bad lighting is like junk food. They have excellent products that make our home so much more comfortable. We use all the bulb options and glasses.

I thought this company was for people like myself with EMF sensitivities so I was very disappointed that I bought my husband and I a Full Spectrum Desk Lamp each without the knowledge that they read crazy off the chart on my Trifield 2 meter. I have chronic fatigue and got really ill over Christmas and then we did the tests and realised what the problem was. I was informed via email that this is the only product that is not low in EMF's so why not advertise this clearly? I am now stuck with these two lamps that we are unable to use and which are not even wanted in the house as the readings are high when not even plugged in. Please do not buy if you are sensitive to EMF's. The company admit this product should be labelled clearly on the website but are not interested in helping me.

Overall, we’ve been incredibly pleased with the products. The portable lamp is very sturdy and great quality, and it has helped a lot with pain management and skin issues. I also purchased several light bulbs in red and yellow hues, as well as a night light, which has been great. Both my husband and I ordered glasses too. Unfortunately, the frames cracked due to the pressure of the prescription lenses, but all of our pairs were replaced without any issues or additional charges. Many thanks to Elise for her help. We’ll definitely be buying more!

I bought this same amber beacon light last year and I wouldn't be without it. It is especially helpful for when I have to get up in the night, as since using this, I can get back to sleep again very quickly. I have bought this second one as a gift for my daughter-in-law, to help her when she or my son have to get up at night to see to baby. The company gives excellent service.

This is a review of BlockBlueLight CUSTOMER SERVICE- I made an enquiry about the low quality of the products I ordered a week ago now, and haven’t had a single acknowledgment!
Seeing that I’ve spent well over £500 with this company, I find this appalling!

Friendly, fast service. The lights are really an upgrade to the experience(mission!) of winding down at night.

Love the notion activated rechargable No blue motion light (yello). I use them for the bathrooms and kitchen, very useful at night and you can stay in your CIRCADIAN RHYTHM. Thanks BlockBlueLight team!
