Fast and Convenient
The products came the next day after I placed my order. It's so nice to have large and heavy things delivered right to my door instead of having to pick them up for myself. Great experience; will definitely be using the online order service again!

Incomplete order delivery/ POOR customer service levels.
Really disappointed. Poor customer service levels!! I ordered more than a month ago a garden furniture set. (21/March). They promise to deliver the complete order 5 days later (26/March). However they came twice on different days than the agreed one, with parts of order. One table was left behind after 2 weeks without hearing anything about it I decided to call (10/April). Then they promise to send my table next Monday. On that Monday I received an e-mail requesting me to re-schedule. Then I schedule Tuesday, and again I received an e-mail requesting me to re-schedule. Then I schedule Wednesday (15/April). They never show up or sent an e-mail or give any further notification. So I had to start calling again which by the way is awful because they make wait on line for about 20 to 30 minutes each time you call. And then they promise to deliver on Wednesday (22/April). And AGAIN they fail to do so. I had to call again to cancel the order (30 min waiting) they were like trying to say that they couldn’t give me my money back because it was just a part of my order (not the complete one) that is when I lost it! Now they say I have to wait about 2 weeks to receive my money back.

Cool Way to Shop!
No standing in line! No searching various stores to find your item! You get the sale price. You get to know ahead of time if you item is in stock.! Love online shopping and glad Blokker is one of the shops!

The price is affordable and the online shop is helpful.
I like to buy something by blokker, especially the online shop. There was one time that time the delivery not went well and the things that I bought became broken, Blokker gave me the new one. That was nice! Keep up the good work, Blokker!
