Flowers always stay fresh for a while I wasn’t sure about sending flowers through the post but have to say my experience as been great on time stay fresh and are beautiful

I ordered the flowers for a friend and am a little disappointed that we fell into the 6% of orders which did not arrive the next day. Instead they arrived 2 days after being despatched, during very hot weather. I wish that Bloom & Wild used 24 hour Royal Mail delivery.

I bought my friends some anniversary flowers, and they were delighted with their gift. I bought them on Sunday, and they arrived Monday. Great service, affordable prices, and a very happy customer.

Everything was so simple and easy to do. There were lots of lovely choices. The delivery was when it said it would be. I was informed it had been delivered.

I have used Bloom & Wild several times and they always exceed expectations. Fantastic flowers delivered on time! Would highly recommend.

I bought the hand tied "The Jade deluxe" admittedly with a good discount £7 off with a code and a further £5 with a points accumulated discount so instead of the current £42 I only paid £30. When they arrived on the 22nd July 2026 I wasn't very impressed. Although they were pretty it didnt seem like a massive bunch for the money and even though its now 3rd August 26 they still don't fit the term Deluxe because of the lack of abundance but they are very very good flowers with still days of life left in them yet. Over the last week they have blossomed and really are beautiful. My husband thinks supermarket flower are better value. Personally I'd rather be gifted these I haven't had even 1 flower yet shed a petal the waters been change and they've been trimmed. The table they're on is completely clear of plant debris that's not the case with supermarket flower. There are a few roses and they are still going the shop ones would have drooped ages ago and long been in the bin. I'd definitely recommend just for the vibrance and longevity. I'd upload a photo at day 12 but there's no option here to upload images!

Hi there, if I only knew that the flowers would be sent in a box via Royal Mail in such heat, I would never have trusted your services for such an important occasion. I did not receive a delivery notification. My girl friend have not received the flowers today, and I was so embarrassed when I mentioned to her this afternoon to see if she had received them. You ruined this occasion completely. The Royal Mail tracking number does not mean much; I don't know where the flowers are. Do you???!!!!

Poor and frustrating AI bot willow was unable to answer questions, left me twice for an extended period saying I would be connected to a human, I wasn’t, I was also told if I had to wait over 10 minutes (which I did both times) they would get back to me by email, they didn’t get back to me by email despite me waiting nearer half an hour. Flowers delivered early when I was on holiday so were left for an extended period in heat and without water.

5th August - yesterday responded to Bloom and Wild as per response below, after 24 hours no acknowledgement, no reply.

Great experience. I ordered in the evening and they were delivered by 10:30 the next day. Amazing bouquet and put a smile on some very dear friends face ❤️

If I could give more stars I would. I’m genuinely amazed. Ordered these for my mum just because. I knew they’d be coming pre-bloom, but she rang me upset that they’d sent dead flowers in a box 😂 (she hadn’t read the accompanying label and they were a surprise so I hadn’t told her what to do). She then followed the instructions and day one they looked good, but by day two they looked absolutely stunning. I’ve ordered flowers before online and they come battered and die quickly - this is hands down the best flower delivery service I’ve ever used and I’ll never use another now.

There was good communication about the flowers being dispatched and delivered. It happened to time on the 2 recnt occasions I ordered. And the recipients were very pleased with their gifts.

I needed a special plant to thank two individual relatives for separate kindnesses which they had performed. I found the perfect solution on the B&W website and ordered these orchids when they became available in a few days. I had received a discount code with a previous gift for myself and used this as I was a first time customer. The B&W website was easy to negotiate and the orchids arrived at their respective destinations on time and in perfect condition.
