I bought my girlfriend some flowers as a gift, however they arrived already half wilted and they came without plant food. I contacted the support chat about the no food and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I’m very disappointed as this was meant to be a special gift for her. It’s been 3 days and they are completely dead. I feel as though I could have used my money to buy a much better gift but the occasion is over now. I will sadly not be ordering from here again.

It's so easy to order on Bloom and Wild and there is a great selection of flowers and gifts. And they always deliver on time. Thankyou.

Firstly it was the special offer that attracted me to Wild & Bloom. I’m not very internet savvy but their web page was so easy to navigate, the hardest part was trying to choose from the beautiful selection of flowers. I choose the letter box Gladis and my friend was thrilled with them when they arrived in bud and sent me a picture a few days later as they had started to bloom. I’ll definitely be using Wild &Bloom in the future 🥰

I ordered some flowers for my sister, 140 miles. I got some gladioli. I ordered them online for Bloom & Wild on the Tuesday. It was delivered on Wednesday. She loved the flowers. They were a beautiful bouquet. Well done for Bloom & Wild

So far this company has impressed me. Beautiful flower arrangements, great variety. Great tracking and mailing system and very good communication.

I decided to try Bloom & Wild for my daughter’s 18th birthday as our usual local florist was on holiday. I realise flowers delivered in this way will not have the initial appearance & impressive impact as a bouquet delivered by a florist as they are meant to bloom in the following days & are for many people a convenient way to order flowers to send long distance. However despite following the instructions enclosed, my daughter’s bouquet (The Pardeep) never resembled the images on the Bloom & Wild website & drooped before the flowers fully opened. Not worth the money & wish I’d waited for our local florist to return from holiday. Won’t be using Bloom & Wild again.

I have used Bloom & Wild for years great service and very reliable. I have only had one order which was a problem but the customer service team were so helpful and rectified it straight away. Great service and products in the UK and when I send abroad

I am very disappointed by this company. I received two deliveries for my recent birthday. Both arrived in very poor condition- almost dried out due to lack of hydration. I tried my best to revive them, following instructions to the letter but, sadly, both bunches only lasted a couple of days. I am sad that my nieces have wasted their money.

I always use Bloom & wild to send a bouquet of happiness to someone who needs some cheer.

Delivered letterbox flowers in modern arrangements. Delivered on time at short notice. Good offers are available. I sent a box of chocs too and they nearly got missed by the recipient at the bottom of the box.

I ordered flowers for my brothers grad. They came in a cardboard box and when I put them together in a vase it looked nothing like the picture. Not as full, not as color full. And then after less than 24 hours of having the flowers they started bending and couldnt stand straight, they wouldnt even hold up. A very big disappointment. And definitely not worth the money. Better off buying a nice bouquet from MnS for 1/3 of the price and way better quality.

Have ordered from Bloom and Wild frequently and have always been satisfied with the experience. The loyalty scheme means you get discounts plus other discount codes available from time to time. I even received a surprise complimentary bouquet.
I have only once had a problem which was quickly resolved.

This is my go to company for sending lovely bouquets for all occasions. Letterbox ones are packed perfectly and delivered on time. Delivery is confirmed by a doorstep photo, handy if it has been handed to a neighbour. All in all a good service all round.

Ordered flowers from them and they told me it was be delayed but the flowers still came through beautifully. It's such a lovely way to send flowers to a friend in the post
