Great experience. Read bad reviews from this place and it's totally false. Received my item as described, with extremely fast shipping. Was a little skeptical based off what I read but I contacted them directly with a firm and efficient response. I recommend blue and cream and will check y'all out when I'm in the city.

This store really has such good vibes! I walked in, and the store clerk was super helpful—a high-end experience to match their beautiful designer clothes.

This was a pretty bad experience. I placed an order and was not pleased with the product, so I tried to reach out to the customer service department (they don't have one). I was on "hold" for HOURS. I didn't have hours to waste on the phone so I sent several emails. I have yet to hear back from them. I don't know who runs this and what type of education/training they received in running a respectable business, but I'd suggest they get a refresher.

I don't usually leave reviews but I couldn't help myself this time! I've been shopping online with B&C for so many years now but after this Black Friday I was overwhelmed with how helpful the staff really is. My family grew so much in the past year I needed to make it easy and do most of it all in one place. Confident with their product & quality I found EVERYTHING I needed! I shopped the men's Cotton Citizen and Wheeler's whole fits for comfy living for the bros, found one-of-a-kind finds of Madeworn, Pangaia and Private Label... and the BEST Golden Goose kicks and Aviator Nation for all the little ones! Thanks for making this another smooth experience as I've already received it all!!! Can't wait to see the smile on everyone's faces!

I love their online store as it has even more styles than in store and their shipping is fast and effortless! I love shopping at blue and cream! Because of covid 19 my girlfriend and I decided to do our shopping online. The sales online were to good to not splurge. I ordered a ton of new stone island and aviator nation for her. We couldn’t believe how fast everything arrived and the quality of the product! Highly recommend!

I don’t care what anyone else says from their reviews, this store has been my go to for ALL of my staple+statement pieces (they carry Sunday St Tropez!!!), basic pieces (ie redone tees) AND gifts. Their buy is unlike any other boutique whether I’m shopping online or in store. I’ve called and spoken / worked with staff in store and emailed online customer service and have never had an issue. HIGHLY RECOMMEND shopping here

I'm surprised about all these negative reviews. I bought a NSF hoodie on their website and I didn't entirely love it. One of their stylists reached out and helped arrange an exchange for a Cotton Citizen Tie Dye hoodie. I couldn't be more happy. I'll be shopping agian, i saw that they have Harden cashmere sweaters and you can't find that brand anywhere!

Whenever I need something, I always check Blue & Cream first. They always have great promos on their website, so I check them often and always seem to find a good deal, and they ship fast!! I always get my stuff within a day or two.
